Moderni 4 makuuhuoneen koti, lähellä rantoja, Eden-projekti ja Heliganin kadotetut puutarhat.
Talossa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 1 king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, 1 parivuode, 1 twin (voidaan konfiguroida superking) ja pienet kerrossängyt sekä perheen kylpyhuone täysikokoisella kylpyammeella ja erillisellä suihkulla.
Erillinen oleskelutila, keittiö ruokailutila, alakerrassa wc, apuohjelma. Keittiössä on sisäänrakennettu astianpesukone, jääkaappi-pakastin, kaksinkertainen uuni ja halogeeni. Utility varustettu pesukone kuivausrumpu.

Beautiful House in great location

We had a lovely stay in Par. The house is amazing, better than in the pictures and now has a new summerhouse which the kids loved hanging out in. Really clean, spacious and a great base to explore Cornwall for us and 3 children. Andy and Tracey are great hosts and communication was excellent and they provided loads of helpful advice on the area. Lovely hamper on arrival was a nice touch and Street is really peaceful to get some much needed rest.

Beautiful property in a great location

The property exceeded expectations, beautiful and well appointed with everything you could need. Photos on the website need updating to reflect the gorgeous new garden seating area. The location was brilliant, Par beach is 15min walk away and the delightful Fowey and Charleston Harbour 15min drives. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs easily reachable but beware the steep hill back to the property if you have had a few. The hosts could not be more accommodating, easily contactable and happy to help and/or recommend restaurants places to visit. A thoughtful and unexpected welcome pack was eaten/drunk with thanks - although I still prefer my scones the Devon way!

Really nice place, positioned well to explore Cornwall.

My recommendations would be to plan your trip and make dinner reservations as places get booked up . My kids enjoyed cycling the camel trail along the coastline. I would recommend this property, ideal for families and couples .

Home from home

The welcome hamper was such a lovely surprise on arrival. Fantastic house, made our stay a really enjoyable home from home. Having an extra bathroom really made a difference too so more time spent out. Thank you Andrew and Tracey for thinking of everything.

Lovely house, nice location

We had a really lovely stay here, house was very comfortable for all 6 of us. It was perfectly located for us to visit nearby towns like Fowey and others. Parking space very useful. Would happily stay here again!

Lovely clean house with everything you need.

The house was immaculately clean and we received a very generous and thoughtful welcome pack. The area was very convenient for visiting places of interest, particularly the Eden Project, Charlestown and Fowey. Pity the garden had only a small picnic table, it would have been nice to have some more comfortable and relaxing garden chairs and a few flowers/ tubs. It was also a little disconcerting when the gardeners arrived and let themselves in by the back gate without knocking the door first! Nevertheless, we would recommend the house thoroughly and really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou.

House in Par

Lovely house with flat garden so perfect for children. Good position as a range of beaches only 5 to 7 minutes drive away and other attractions close by. Owner Andrew very quick to respond to questions.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus eignet sich mit seinen vier Zimmern und den drei WCs hervorragend für eine große Familie. Wir waren mit drei Generationen da und konnten jeder Zeit etwas gemeinsam machen oder unsere Ruhe haben. Ein abgeschlossener Garten war auch für die Kinder wunderbar zum Toben geeignet. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und damit auch für Krabbelkinder geeignet. Andrew hat uns jeder Zeit alle Fragen vor Ort per Mail sofort beantwortet und wir fühlten uns bestens betreut. In dem Wohngebiet gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zur Genüge vorhanden. Par ist ein geeigneter Ausgangsort, um Cornwall in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir danken Andrew und Tracey für ihre Gastfreundschaft und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Large and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious and it was clean. Beds very comfortable. A really superb welcome pack was provided on arrival. The house is very well situated, close to Fowey and other parts of the area, but in a quiet setting. Excellent breakfast nearby at the Yummy Scrummy cafe in Par. Would recommend this house.

Very comfortable stay in Par

Comfortable modern house, with excellent heating and good amount of space for the 7 of us (including 3 kids). We very much appreciated the welcome pack of bread, scones, jam, cream etc. Internet was fast, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, and other things like a hand blender, scales, and cake tins as well. The child safety gates for the stairs and highchair were very much appreciated. We couldn't quite walk to the beach in 10 minutes, but the nearest pub serving food was only 15 minutes walk. Favorite kids activity was the spinning sofa love seat :D

Modern, clean & well placed property.

Good location to explore Cornwall. The house is modern & spotlessly clean. Plenty of space & equipment. The beds are comfy & spacious rooms. Everything needed for our stay. Thank you to Andrew for a lovely basket of bread, scones & wine & fridge supplies. Location is on outskirts of St Austell in a quiet location. Great views yet this is not a village location I would have really liked. Par Beach is a good spot for a day on the beach & Pendower beach a 40 minute drive away. Nearby the house is the Yummy Scrummy bakery. Great bread & delightful cafe. All in all a 5 star stay. Hope to return soon.

Amazing!

Party of seven people have had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful home. Spacious bedrooms, impressive kitchen-diner area, and very well equipped with everything you could wish for. Located about 10 min. walk from the beach with the beautiful coastal walks, Eden project is 5 min. drive away. Owner is very polite and responsive. Would definitely recommend to relatives and friends. Thank you very much Andy!!!

Totally Amazing!

We stayed in this property in July for the first week of the Sumer holidays- There was 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 children The house really is fantastic- the pictures do not do it justice. There was plenty of space - it has a great, comfortable, homely feel, with all mod cons, a very family friendly layout and massive garden for the children to burn off steam in. The location of the property it's also spot on-peaceful, close to the beach but also quite central to the whole of this part of Cornwall. In short, would I stay here again?.........I wish we had never left. We don't normally come back to the same place twice but everything was just amazing here -we will be back to this special place. Finally, a big thanks to Andy for making it happen and letting us stay in your lovely new/immaculate property and also the amazing welcome basket which really made us feel special!! Clare, Nigel, Jenny, John, Charlotte & Matthew.

Fantastic locaftion

The house was perfect for our needs and Par is the ideal location for exploring the area. We went to Polkerris, Par and Crinnis beaches, all of which were great! Very clean throughout and nicely decorated the house was an ideal base with a substantial garden. Owners couldn't have been more accommodating and were always on the end of the phone if required (such as when the fuse box tripped!). Would recommend the New Inn/Strand Bistro in Tywardreath as a venue for eating out which is just down the road. Yummy Scrummy bakery in Par is good.

Comfortable and perfectly positioned

Lovely quiet house in the perfect location to explore this area of coastline. The house itself is comfortable, clean (brand new), and complete with everything you need to make your holiday wonderful. The owner couldn't do enough for us and there was an extremely generous welcome basket on arrive. Par itself wouldn't have been our first choice but it's so close to Fowey, Eden, Heligan, Lanhydrock, Bodmin and even Padstow is only a 40 min drive away. Some gems of beaches are nearby Polkerris, Pentewen, Crunnis, Porthpean. Pentewen water sports shop is recommended too. The much hyped Sam's chain of eateries in the area (Polkerris and Carylon Bay) left us disappointed - over salty mussels and soggy crackling on fatty pork belly - plus the staff we're either bad mouthing each other (to us!), eating or sat down saving the best tables for mates. Avoid! The Polgooth Inn was MUCH better serving wonderful food. As was The Woods tea room in Bodmin - enormous cream tea! All in all a great stay at this lovely house.
