OLLASTU APARTMENTS - VILLASIMIUS

The ground-floor apartment, located on a single level, features the following spaces: - air conditioned living room with a panoramic window overlooking the courtyard - a fully equipped kitchen - bathroom with basin, shower, wc, and bidet - air-conditioned double bedroom with sea view, wardrobe, and access to the veranda. Private covered sea-view veranda complete with a table and 4 seats

The climate control and heating are guaranteed by a split-system air conditioning unit, making the apartment habitable even during the cold season. Wi-Fi internet connection is free and unlimited.

Entrance and Parking: at the entrance to the courtyard, there is a large furnished veranda. This is a communal area for all guests of the Ollastu Apartments. Here you will also find two outdoor showers with hot water. We do not have private parking, but our guests always park for free in front of the gate of the property in a dirt lot area.

The Strategic Location: we are in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The position to the southwest of the town centre allows for peaceful sleep, away from the confusion of the nightlife (movida). The land facing the house is free of buildings and characterized by low vegetation. The street where the apartment is located has no through-exits and is not involved in road or pedestrian traffic. Villasimius is a very lively village, so it's impossible to get bored in the evening, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, the shopping street, Sardinian craftsmanship, and traditional food shops. The town, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services needed to experience a holiday dedicated to fun, nightlife, and beach/recreational activities.

Activities: bathing opportunities are available on several splendid beaches in the surrounding area, offering the freedom of the free beach or the comfort and services of the equipped lidos. Sports enthusiasts will find a true paradise: from exploring the hinterland with biking and horseback riding excursions, to adventures at sea with dinghy rentals and pleasure boating. Unmissable are the scuba diving activities within the evocative Marine Protected Area of Villasimius (at the tourist port 1 km away). For golf enthusiasts, the prestigious Tanka Golf Club Villasimius is available. The offer is completed by shopping experiences and satisfying food and wine tours dedicated to discovering local flavours.
