Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment
is ideally located in the heart of Gzira, just a couple of minutes'
walk from the waterfront promenade where you can enjoy a relaxing
stroll and take in the stunning views of Marsamxett Harbour. This
property is perfect for those seeking a centrally located and car-free
vacation, with easy access to Sliema and St. Julian's by bus.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern and tastefully
decorated living space, filled with natural light. The apartment boasts
a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge freezer, gas cooker,
electric oven, and dishwasher. You'll also find an automatic washing
machine, iron and ironing board, TV, and high-speed wifi throughout the
whole apartment.
The layout of the apartment is spacious and well-designed, featuring an
open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that leads onto a bright and
airy French door window overlooking the picturesque Maltese townhouses
with their traditional balconies. The apartment is fully
air-conditioned with units in all three bedrooms and the living room,
ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

- Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds (can be converted into a double bed)
- Bedroom 3: Double Bed with en-suite bathroom
The apartment also includes a full family bathroom with a shower

The property is located in a brand-new building block that retains some
of the traditional Maltese style within its facade, and the apartment
is served with a lift for your convenience. The apartment is entirely
private and not shared with any other tenants.
The neighborhood is very central, and you'll find a wide variety of
amenities, restaurants, bars, and shops just a few minutes' walk from
your doorstep. If you're interested in exploring further afield, the
Sliema-Valletta ferry is only 10 minutes' walk from the apartment,
while a bus stop is located just across the road.
We pride ourselves on offering a truly guest-centric experience. We can
also arrange airport transfers for your convenience.
Please note that the rental price includes basic utilities, including
200 kWh per week for the 3-bedroom apartment. However, if you exceed
this amount, an extra charge of 0.35c per kWh will apply. The price is
also not inclusive of the Environmental Contribution tax, which amounts
to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in
the Maltese Islands.
The apartment is also available for long-term bookings of up to 6
months, with a monthly rate. In this case, utilities will not be
included in the rate, and water will be charged at a flat rate of 1.10c
per day, while electricity will be charged at 35c per kWh, paid as much
as consumed. Please ask us for a quote if you're interested.
