Send it to: (Mailing address will be provided to you when we receive your reservation request and your acknowledgment that you agree to our No Refund Cancellation Policy and Rental Agreement. Payment # 1 B Schedule: You to apply for a $59 Accidental Damage Protection Policy. This policy provides coverage for up to $1,500.00 accidental damage. Instructions on the policy and how to apply for it will be provided to you when we send you our Payment Request. This $59 Damage Protection Policy along with the $601 that you mailed us will satisfy our initial deposit requirement of $660. You will receive a confirmation if we receive your $601 deposit by mail and we receive notification that you have a $59.00 damage protection policy within 6 days after we send you our Payment Request. Payment #2: Mail us a check for 50% of the remaining balance payable to Sherlock Homes Realty, Inc. The due date is 35 days after the confirmation of your reservation. Payment # 3. We provide our guests with towels, linen and blankets. Our home is centrally located in the lakes region and accessible to all of the popular tourist destinations. From our home you can drive 30 minutes west and arrive at Weirs Beach and Funspot in Laconia or drive 1 hour and 15 minutes north and arrive in the White Mountains where you can shop in North Conway and tour the many countryside attractions. Hampton Beach, Water Country and the Kittery Trading Post are easterly approximately 1 hour away. While Boston Massachusetts is 1 hour and 45 minutes south. Ellacoya State Park 11.72 miles away 19 minutes located in Gilford on the southwest shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. Manchester-Boston Airport is only 54 miles away with limousine service available.
Gunstock Mountain Ski area is 12.33 miles away, a 20 minute drive and has the biggest zip tour in New England and a roller coaster. It is only a couple of miles drive to Hannaford grocery store and pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Macdonald's, banks, playgrounds, public beaches, gas stations and churches.
Lake Winnipesaukee is pronounced /ˌwɪnɪpəˈsɔːki/ It is the largest lake in the state of New Hampshire. It is approximately 21 miles (34 km) long (northwest-southeast) and from 1 to 9 miles (1.6 to 14.5 km) wide (northeast-southwest), covering 69 square miles (179 km2)—71 square miles (184 km2) when Paugus Bay is included —with a maximum depth of 212 feet (65 m). The lake contains at least 253 islands, half of which are less than a quarter-acre in size, and it is indented by several peninsulas, yielding a total shoreline of approximately 288 miles (463 km). The driving distance around the lake is 63 miles (101 km). It is 504 feet (154 m) above sea level. Winnipesaukee is the third-largest lake in New England after Lake Champlain and Moosehead Lake.
Outflow is regulated by the Lakeport Dam, in Lakeport, New Hampshire, on the Winnipesaukee River.
