Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Berg. Man kann auf dem unmittelbar vorbeiführenden Pilgerweg Wanderungen in die Region unternehmen. Die Küche ist relativ modern eingerichtet, Das Haus insgesamt ist rustikal.Der Zugang zum obersten Schlafzimmer ist nur über den Balkon und die obere Außentreppe möglich. Beunruhigend fand ich die relativ niedrige Brüstungshöhe des Balkongeländers (zwischen 78 und 85 cm). Da ist besondere Vorsicht geboten und es wäre wünschenswert, wenn dieses Geländer auf ca. 1m erhöht würde.

Sehr netter Vermieter mit vielen guten Tipps und jederzeit erreichbar. Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet. Für Unternehmungen in den Bergen oder am See sehr gut gelegen, sofern man motorisiert unterwegs ist. Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht wohl bald mal eine Grundrenovierung. Wir hatten schöne Tage.

Es war wunderschön

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es war alles vorhanden, was man für eine größere Gruppe (Familie) braucht!

Silenzio e pace in casa spaziosa e confortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici e i nostri figli. La casa è stata una ottima base per effettuare numerose gite nei dintorni: dal bellissimo lago fin su in montagna dove abbiamo trovato ancora tanta neve. Le stanze distribuite su più piani offrono l'essenziale per un sano riposo. La cucina ha tutto per grandi tavolate. I ragazzi si sono divertiti un mondo lungo le cascate a pochi passi dalla casa. Belle passeggiate nei boschi e tanta natura pura!

Waren vom 30.07.2017 bis 13.08.2017 im Ferienhaus Casa Ronit im Sommerurlaub.Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus im Valtellina.Es ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.Es ist gut ausgestattetmit allem was man braucht. Der Comersee ist auch mit dem Fahrrad gut (auf wenig befahrenen Nebenstrassen zu erreichen ca.6 km.Auch toll ist das man direkt neben dem Haus loswandern kann.Auch für größere Bergtouren braucht man keine großen Strecken mit dem Autofahren.es gibt auch einen Sehr schönen Radweg an der Adda entlang (auch für Kinder geeignet) bis nach Sondrio. Es gibt auch 2 schöne Strände (öffentlich) in Colico. Auch das Angebot an Restaurants In Colico ist ausreichen.Alles in allem Verbrachten wir eine schönen und erholsamen Sommerurlaub im Casa Ronit in Valtellina. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hier her. Molto gradevole e comoda; vista mozzafiato!

La casa è arredata modernamente, ha gli interni in legno ed è ben strutturata, con le camere al primo piano e la parte giorno al piano terra. Molto confortevole e piacevole, tutta ristrutturata e con un bel bagno. La vista è devvero meravigliosa, sulle montagne,. e in lontananza si vede il lago. Vicinissimo ci sono dei sentieri per fare passeggiate nei boschi. Insomma, un vero gioiellino per una vacanza relax.

The village where the house is located is on the side of the mountain just a few hundred meters from the state highway. The stone roofed houses, the presence of an ancient mill, small waterfalls and silent woods offer a special charm to this corner of Valtellina and all the tourists who love nature.
