Snowater Condo #68 - 2 Story Family Condo - Sleeps-4 - Close to Community Amenities - Wi-Fi!
This extensively remodeled standard 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath townhouse-style condo is the perfect base camp for family activities! The main floor features a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with new countertops, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar, plus a combination living/dining area with new flooring, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as a wood stove insert (firewood NOT provided) and a walk-out balcony that overlooks the well maintained common area grounds. Also included is one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, plus a 1/2 bath with all new fixtures. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with all new furnishings, including 1-queen-sized bed, a laundry cubby with a new stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This monitored family vacation property will sleep 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. Accommodations very basic. No TV, no internet. Furnishings old, bare lightbulb in children's room. No instructions on how or if Jennair stove or fireplace could be used. Amenities at the resort good (i.e. pool, rec center). Overall, not worth the price, very disappointing.

Hi Barbara: Thank you for your review of Condo #68. We are very sorry to hear that you considered your experience to be less than satisfactory. The pictures on the listing clearly depict the condo and its furnishings/accompaniments. They are not new, but are in good working order and repair. You are absolutely correct that; as it states on the listing, (prior to placing a reservation) there is no internet connection at the condo. There is also no TV reception or cable availability in our mountain area. That is why the unit is equipped with a large screen monitor accompanied by a DVD player and a small selection of DVD's. I'm not sure what light fixture you are speaking of(?). I believe that you would find the condo to be much more to your liking during the months of October/November with rates as low as $149.00, versus the absolute peak New Year's rental period that you chose to reserve, and hope that you'll consider staying with us at that time. Great location but holes in screens and septic smell

The condo is nice but needs some care. There are holes and gaps in the screen doors front and back and an upstairs window screen so we couldn't leave them open in the evening and it was hot during our stay. Also the back screen door lock is broken. And out front there is a constant bad smell of sewer or septic. Other than that, location, condo, and facilities are great.

Hi Daniel: Thank you for your review for family Condo #68. This condo was recently remodeled with new paint, flooring, appliances, and furnishings, (practically everything inside the unit is brand new) so "needs some care" is more than a bit insulting. There is nothing wrong with the top floor window screen. It is fully intact, and it would be virtually impossible for insects to permeate the material. The back screen doesn't have a lock because it it attached to an elevated balcony and accompanied by a regular lockable door. I'm not sure about a "septic smell", but if there is one, it is definitely not coming from within the unit. I believe that a 3-star review isn't deserved here, and we would likely not be interested in hosting you in the future. Respectfully, Dan

Spacious condo. Great place to crash after a long ski day. Definitely had a strange smell. Overall good spot to stay.
