This is one of the nicest units in the three towers. Beautiful views including the Sphere. Ron is very attentive and helpful. The unit was clean and welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent Accommodations, Highly Recommend

Great property with full kitchen and amenities. Host had wonderful communication and was a pleasure to work with. Check-in was easy and room was beautiful! Great proximity to the strip, easy inside walk to the MGM for shopping and food. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I attend conventions all over country. The MGM Grand is very smart to offer that traveler who perhaps is not a fan of Las Vegas the MGN signatures give you that experience privacy, no casinos and your own space to be, but at the same time offers you the casino as well. This will always be my go to as it makes me feel as I’m at home. I’ll highly recommend the signatures to anybody who’s not into going out to dinner and just needs a home to return to

Extremely happy with my stay and location

Beautiful Getaway

Host checked us in earlier than expected; answered calls and texts without delay. Beautiful views, away from the hustle- but not too far, everything works as advertised, and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view

A wonderful stay for us. You can see the strip and the Sphere well from this room. This room has a small Washer/dryer which is really cool. MGM signature Suites is a favorite of ours to stay. Non-Smoking and Non-Gaming gives us a break from the Vegas excitement to enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay her again.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend. Close to the strip but not too close. The balcony is great with an amazing view and fresh air. The room was exactly as described!

Great stay!

The room was in great shape. There was a few spots that were missed by the vacuum and a random game piece, but all in all it was in great shape. Very quiet neighborhood which was appreciated!

Great place

Had a great time. Loved the dining area and kitchen for breakfasts in the am. 2 baths were great for us and our son. Had very little communication with owner…but wasn’t needed as the signature staff were awesome.

Great stay at the Signature

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Signature. The building is clean, quiet and secure. Our suite had everything we needed for our week long stay. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the kids loved the pools. Ron was very responsive to all of our questions and provided us with all of the info we needed for an easy check-in. We would definitely stay here again for future vacations.

Appreciative

First.. the bad. The valet service here is lacking. It's too bad because EVERYTHING else was amazing. Vegas isn't billed as a place for families with kids, so we were very appreciative of a place that allows kids to stay in thier place. Everything was as promised and the owner (Ron) was very willjng to communicate. We had a great time and would totally support this VRBO owner again.

Amazing!

We stayed 3 nights at this property, and it was wonderful in all aspects. It was clean; exactly how the pictures and description portrayed. We needed to check in early so we could make it to our concert, and the owner obliged us with a very quick and kind text response. Location is great- close to the monorail, so you can basically get anywhere you want pretty quickly. The check in process was smooth and fast, the view is PHENOMENAL! All in all, we LOVED every moment of our stay here and recommend 10/10!

Terrific Vegas getaway!

Great property in a prefect location just off the strip. Views are amazing with the strip off the balcony and the Sphere right out the bedroom window. Nice to be in a non-gaming property with access to the MGM just a short walk away. One bedroom offers plenty of room and the modern kitchen made an extended stay a lot more comfortable. Ron is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions. Will 100% stay here again!!

Amazing experience

If you’re first time or want anywhere to stay that offers good food, a view, and nice rooms, then this is the place to go! Smooth experience and they communicate well so there are never any gray areas. Would definitely look for this hotel again if I choose somewhere to stay

Great location

Great location 10 minute walk to the strip. Owner was kind enough to allow us late checkout so the kids could use the MGM lazy River. Fantastic view of the sphere. Master bathroom was enormous! Definitely prefer having the extra space with the additional bathroom compared to the strip hotels. Also the balcony was nice which is impossible to find on the strip. Owner was very good with communication. Would definitely use again.

I am a happily married man. I run/own a financial services company, and I have been working on Wall Street since 1997. I also own a film production company, and I direct/produce independent feature films, music videos, and commercials. This is one of my hobbies. I produced and licensed a feature film to Netflix as a Netflix Original, called TREES OF PEACE, in 2022, which hit the TOP 10 in 60 countries in 5 days. The movie also has a 100% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes and an 86% from the audience. This beautiful, inspirational movie champions women, and women of color, and is based on true events.

I also love sports, and I play basketball, tennis, football, and soccer. I work out with weights and run regularly, and recently added Yoga to my workouts. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I used to compete in hip-hop/freestyle dancing in my younger days, and I still love to dance. My wife is my best friend, and I am one of the happiest married guys you will ever meet.

Just read my reviews and you will get the idea. I have a huge repeat clientele, and it's important for you to know who you are doing business with within Las Vegas, as there are lots of scams here.

If I don't have tenants the day before, I allow renters to check in anytime, and If I don't have anyone checking in the day you are checking out, I have allowed people to stay and check out really late, and I do not charge extra for this like others. Once again, I treat others like I like to be treated, and I don't try to squeeze every dollar out of others. I just want you to have a great vacation or trip to Vegas. I love this city, and I want you to enjoy our city.
