Spacious, private, designer decorated & furnished with top quality furniture & bedding for your comfort. We were visiting Assateague Island and while driving back we saw the development when it was still under construction. We stopped by and fell in love with the community and all the amenities it offered. We also loved the model homes. So we decided we had to buy this particular model which had a long and private driveway as well as one of the largest lots which is also private and backs to the woods. Another reason we chose this model is because it has a kitchen in the back versus front and had a den on the first floor and a beautiful loft on the third floor.
