This house was built to host family and friends, in the historic village of Quivet Neck. With a large open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and private lot.

The home offers modern amenities while still having that New England charm you want from a house on Cape Cod. 2 screened in porches and large deck offer fantastic space to enjoy those perfect summer evenings. A croquet court and small "grotto" area provide unique spaces withing the property to entertain and be entertained. 1/2 mile walk to one of the best beaches on Cape Cod!
