This lovely “City and Sea" apartment is located in the city center, 5 mins walk to the Diocletian's Palace on one side and 5 mins walk to Marjan Park on the other side where many beaches are located (rock, sand and pebble). The location is this apartment’s biggest strength. It is newly renovated, designed to provide comfort with style. Neighborhood
Just 5 min walk from the apartment is hill Marjan. There are many beaches, where you can hide on secluded ones or enjoy after beach parties . If you are not up for swimming, you can rent a bike or just go hiking on Marjan.
Old city Varos is 3 min walk from the apartment where you can enjoy strall in small old alleys. Just few hundred meters further and you will be in the Diocletian's palace. There you can explore many charming caffes, wine bars and restaurants. Prosciutto is a must try! It is a vibrant place not to miss in the mornings to have you first coffe and breakfast on the promanade Riva suranded by palm trees and also in the evenings to enjoy good meal with dalmatian vine while listening live music. Many night clubs are 10-15 min walking distance from the apartment.
Within 300 m, you can find stores (Lidl, Tomy, Bipa, Konzum), caffes, restaurants, pizza place, pharmacy, post office... all you might need during your stay.
If you'd like to explore other beaches in the city, public transportation is just 100 m away from the apt that will take you directly to beach Znjan, Obojena or Kasuni.

Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. Check-in was simple. The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and well maintained. Location was great, only an easy 10min walk to the historic center of Split. Our hosts surprised us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hosts were very helpful with getting us taxis and for accommodating early arrival times. The location was close to the historic center and there were groceries stores near by. The apartment was comfortable And had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here if in Split. We were able to park for free across the road

Lovely property with great hosts. Marin and Zrinka went above qnd beyond to help when our luggage unfortunately was lost. Spacious, clean apartment with great utilities (fruit and wine even provided!) And just 10 minutes walk to the old town. Highly recommend staying here.

Apartment was very clean and spacious with all the essentials needed. Short walk to Split centre and the harbour. The only issue was the bedroom i was in was next to the neighbouring flat and they were very noisy for a couple of nights, but other than that no issues.

Fabulous apartment! We love everything about this apartment. The location is only about a 10 minute walk to the Riva. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and recommended good restaurants. They left a nice package of goodies for our arrival which was much appreciated. I would stay here again and again! Added bonus to have a grocery store across the street too!

Everything about the apartment appeared as stated EXCEPT there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that persisted despite multiple diffusers throughout the apartment and opening of the windows. Otherwise, it was well equipped, walking distance from old town and the waterfront, had large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Air-conditioning worked well which was welcome in the very hot weather.

What makes this property unique

Property is in the peaceful area but close to the Dioclation palace and park forest Marjan. It's position is its main strength. You can be on the beach within 5-10 minutes. We like walking on Marjan, breathing in fresh air from pine trees, smell the sea and relax with the sounds of waves and crickets. All the Mediteranian's best! In the evenings, bars, restaurants and live music on the main promenade Riva make it vibrant summer place. For the rest of the seasons, when it is not so hot, Riva is most lively in the morning where everyone enjoys a cup of coffee in the shade of a palm tree.
Beside its location, you will love the property's interior. It is decorated with relaxing colours and designed with comfort in mind, just to make your stay cozy.
