High Point North 7C es una hermosa unidad recientemente remodelada frente al mar de un dormitorio en un edificio que te encantará en la calle 114. Amplio balcón de la sala de estar con vistas a la piscina y al océano. Amplio dormitorio con una cama king size. Sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar y una silla para dormir individual en el área del estudio. El huésped suministra sábanas y toallas. La ocupación total del condominio es de 5. Televisión en la sala de estar y también en el dormitorio. Cocina completa y lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Es fácil caminar hasta la piscina o la playa, o cruzar la calle para ir al centro comercial Gold Coast. ¡La unidad alquila 3 noches !. El edificio tiene elevador. $ 35. La tarifa de registro del edificio debe abonarse en el momento de la llegada.

Our stay

Our stay was phenomenal! we loved staying were we did it was our first stay and honestly would love to book again in the future! Our favorite part was listening to the waves from our balcony and the easy access to the beach and just a short drive to the boardwalk 10/10 stay!

Property is OK

The apartment is nicely located. The den cannot be used as a place to sleep, as there is a big desk in the room and is extremely hot. The property wasn’t as clean as it should have been, as there was sand on the floors from the previous visitors, as well as hair in the sink. Finally, you have to stock it with everything, down to the sheets. I’ve never had to do that before.

Sleep not listed correctly.

Not listed correctly on Vrbo. No trundle bed. Just an extra mattress to throw on the floor. Couch bed doesn’t not have a mattress. If someone is going down expecting to sleep six this condo will not work. Suggest updating the listing or get a mattress for the couch.

Classy with continental/travel decor. Perfect for a couple or small family with a super deck in a quiet condominium building. Easy beach access and convenient deck pool. We would absolutely book here again.

Would recommend

Nice place, great view, lots of parking! The place is AS SHOWN, aka very nice inside! Would consider it again, but not having electronic door locks is a bother bc you have to go 50 streets to pickup up / drop off keys. Also, the front bunk room (which correctly is not marked as a bedroom) with a trundle bed gets VERY HOT when you operate the adjoining master bedroom's A/C. My son had to sleep elsewhere on a very warm day bc the duct work taking hot air from the bedroom AC outdoors was billowing heat. I do appreciate the fan, but it was a lot for him.

Very welcoming! Clean, kitchen items, silverware, cups etc. Very modern furniture, matress on platform. Loved the porch and deco. Only negative was the sofa, not what we hoped for, with being middle aged.

Beach Condo

The property was adorable. Loved the beachy boho feel. It was a great space and four of us were very comfortable on rainy days that we were stuck indoors. Access to the beach doesn’t get nicer than this. The balcony view was perfection. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Other than cloudy and cool weather, our stay was lovely. Condo was beautifully decorated & very clean. Location was good. Check-in was very easy. We only had a few hours of beach sun on one day but lesson learned…May weather in OC can be “iffy”. We love the area and will be back soon!

Everything we hoped for

We stayed mid May 2023. When we opened the door and saw the Ocean we were sold! It is nicely decorated and has a very interesting selection of books. The kitchen is well equipped and had some things we weren’t expecting (like an Insta pot and an immersion blender). Enjoyed watching the foxes on the beach at night. Saw dolphins during the day. We would definitely stay here again

This property was amazing. The parking was on site and plenty of it. The pool and deck area were clean and well kept. This unit was beautiful. Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, clean , great views and the best balcony.

Was great waking up each morning and relaxing on balcony while the sun came up. Plenty of restaurants across the street. Inside all new and had amenities.

Great place for us

We loved the stay here. The ocean front balcony is fantastic, the king bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only complaints I would have is that while the listing says it sleeps 6 it’s really only 5 as there is no trundle bed. Also, the A/C for the main bedroom vents into a closet in the den area (with the single bed) and can make that room very hot. You also can’t leave the windows in that room open at night because the shutters slide open from the outside and someone could just climb right in the window. To make it work we had to put a blanket at the bottom of the closet to block the heat that pours out of the closet when running the A/C for the main bedroom.

Great place!

Very nice condo in North Ocean City. Everything was great. I would suggest just reserving this condo through Central Reservations. VRBO did not really do anything besides take their piece of the pie

Nice property, not 6 person occupancy

When searching for a property this one caught my eye due to location, modern fixtures, and beach access. I was also excited about the potential of a “second” bedroom/ den with a twin trundle bed for my young boys. This bedroom/ den was an unusable space. It was well over 100 degrees in that front room. The challenge of needing to run a wall AC unit inside the main bedroom and then having even more heat pour into the little room made it impossible to cool down and utilize for sleeping, let alone standing in for too long. I was disappointed but we made it work for us between the pull out sofa and king bed. The space was nicely equipped if needing any kitchen supplies and even had things like a vacuum cleaner for sand. I think the best part is that you are down away from the hustle and bustle. The building is nice, and the pool was great. The beach access is easy and very family friendly. I would suggest a stay here for others, but with our growing family just one bedroom won’t work for us again in the future.

Awesome find

We have been to OCMD many times from hotels to condos and even a house. Randomly stumbled upon this condo and cant wait to stay again. Super clean. Exactly like pictured. Beach acess and view from the balcony was Exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for a small family with toddlers like us.
