Freestanding Spacious Condo w/2 Bed, 3 Bath, Extra Bonus Spaces & Great Views!

Perched on a hill with sweeping views of the bay, Pilgrim monument, and the entire town, this centrally-located freestanding 2 bedroom/3 full bathroom condo with bonus spaces (part of Lookout Bay Condominiums) is a 7 min. walk to Commercial Street, and a 15 min. walk to the end of Macmillan Pier for the ferry. The condo has central AC, keyless entry, three TVs with YouTube TV service, an advanced WiFi signal and Sonos speakers throughout our home. There are also two dedicated parking spaces for your use.

The first floor boasts an open floor concept with everything you need in the kitchen, new quartzite countertops, SS appliances, double gas oven, stocked Keurig, dining set for up to 6, living room with couch, ottoman, swivel chair, 50” TV with Sonos speaker, gas fireplace, and a full bath. Sliders open to a large patio that includes a sitting area with 4 Adirondack rockers, a dining table/chairs/umbrella for up to 6, a Weber grill, and a private outdoor shower.

The second floor has two well appointed bedrooms with luxurious mattresses and bedding, blackout curtains, plenty of storage space in closets, dressers, nightstands, and a bench. This floor includes a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, which share a large bathroom with a double vanity and an over-sized shower.

The upper level family room includes a large sectional sofa, bar with 4 bar stools, refrigerator, 65” TV with Sonos speaker, full bath, and a deck with tall bistro table and 4 bar stools with incredible views of the monument, Provincetown, and the bay.

The lower level includes extra space and a separate mechanical room with washer and dryer.

Bay Haven is truly a haven

Fantastic house that is well maintained and has everything you could need for a perfect vacation

Will and Leif were attentive to all of my questions and their house is great for a group of friends to spend time in Provincetown. The house is a short walk from all the attractions the town has to offer. The rooftop deck was great for sunset drinks and the outdoor shower was a good addition.

Amazing property and great location

Second time staying at Bay Haven and once again it was great. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need for a vacation in Provincetown. Will and Leif are quick to respond and kept me informed before and during the day. The patio, grill, balcony, outdoor shower and speaker system make for an amazing experience. The house is close to the stop and shop and less than a ten minute walk to commercial street.

Absolutely perfect

From the moment we walked in the front door we were blown away by the brightness, openness and just overall feeling of comfort and peace. It couldn't have been more perfect. The 3 bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and lovely. The Stop and Shop was within walking distance. We were far enough away from town to be tranquil and quiet but close enough to walk. We would definitely go back again for sure!!

Extraordinary Home! Fantastic Location!

We booked the property with dear friends for celebration of a milestone birthday. From the time we arrived, everything was perfect. The home is beautiful with a 3rd floor living/bar area next to a balcony overlooking the Pilgrim Monument. The main floor had a wonderful sitting area next to a kitchen and a walk out patio with beautiful furniture for relaxing and enjoying coffee or a cocktail. We enjoyed grilling on the outdoor grill. We slept 6 adults in three bedrooms. There are three bathrooms so everyone had their space. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked like a dream. My friends and I are trying to coordinate our next stay. JRG

Perfect home base for a group in Ptown

Six of us stayed for a week in August 2023, would definitely recommend. I've been to Provincetown with different groups close to a dozen times, and this is the favorite place I've stayed. The biggest reason is how many tasteful and comfortable areas there were for the group to hang out - many meals and drinks on the outdoor patio, many starlight chats on the top floor deck, movies and working time in each of the living room and salon. The location is another big pro: a nice view from a high point, quiet, yet a 10-15 min walk from most things, and 5 min to Ptown Gym and Stop N Shop. Other pros include very responsive hosts, detailed info, a well-equipped kitchen, three full baths (a rarity in Ptown!) plus an outdoor shower, washer dryer, and easy-to-adjust temperature for each floor/area. We couldn't think of any cons!

Big place, clean and modern.

Our hosts Will and Leif responded to all questions we had about the house and and procedures. They responded within 2 hours on any queries. The house it self is great - bedroom in basement, two bedrooms on the second floor. Third floor is a bar, lounge/tv room with a patio and great views. We ate up there most mornings. Easy walk through the parking lots into town. We highly recommend the house!

Well Appointed and Beautiful Home

I've been staying in P'town for over 10 years and this is the most well furnished and appointed home I've stayed in. High end appliances in the kitchen, with nice pots, pans, knives, flatware and anything you could ask for. Same for the rest of the house, the top floor deck/bonus bar room has lovely cocktail glasses, ice buckets and anything else you could need. The bar itself looks brand new, as are the outdoor furnishings on both the 3rd floor deck and main floor patio. The outdoor shower is beautifully done as well. Every detail was thought of, from extra shampoos for guests to use to a very generous welcome basket. Bedrooms were comfortable as well, and just like everything else in the home, the towels, sheets and other bedroom furnishings were all like new and very comfortable. Overall a beautiful home in a beautiful town! Look forward to returning!

Fantastic location for this spacious 3 bed 3 bath condo. It was perfectly situated close to town (by cutting through the town parking lot) but far enough out that it felt like we were able to disconnect and unwind. Would definitely rent again.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Ptown since we first started dating and we always dreamed of owning a home here. The town's charm, friendly people, stunning beaches, delicious restaurants, and tons of fun activities quickly made Provincetown our favorite place.

What makes this property unique

We instantly fell in love with this home for the amazing views from the roof deck, it's overall spaciousness, and close proximity to everything in town. We recently made some updates to our outdoor space, and added quartzite countertops, further improving the indoor/outdoor living options of our home.
