Encaramado en una colina con vistas panorámicas de la bahía, el monumento a los peregrinos y toda la ciudad, este condominio de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños completos (parte de Lookout Bay Condominiums) con capacidad para 6 personas es de 7 minutos. caminar a Commercial Street, y a 15 min. caminar hasta el final del muelle de Macmillan para el ferry. El condominio cuenta con aire acondicionado centralizado, entrada sin llave, dos televisores con cable (más de 120 canales), una señal WiFi avanzada y altavoces Sonos en ambos televisores y en toda la casa. También hay dos espacios de estacionamiento dedicados para su uso.

Extraordinary Home! Fantastic Location!

We booked the property with dear friends for celebration of a milestone birthday. From the time we arrived, everything was perfect. The home is beautiful with a 3rd floor living/bar area next to a balcony overlooking the Pilgrim Monument. The main floor had a wonderful sitting area next to a kitchen and a walk out patio with beautiful furniture for relaxing and enjoying coffee or a cocktail. We enjoyed grilling on the outdoor grill. We slept 6 adults in three bedrooms. There are three bathrooms so everyone had their space. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked like a dream. My friends and I are trying to coordinate our next stay. JRG

Bay Haven is truly a haven

Bay Haven is one of the most wonderful properties at which we've stayed. Close to shopping and the beach, it was perfect for our group. Will and Lief are exceptional hosts; they have thought of every thing that could make your stay more comfortable. We love Bay Haven!

Perfect home base for a group in Ptown

Six of us stayed for a week in August 2023, would definitely recommend. I've been to Provincetown with different groups close to a dozen times, and this is the favorite place I've stayed. The biggest reason is how many tasteful and comfortable areas there were for the group to hang out - many meals and drinks on the outdoor patio, many starlight chats on the top floor deck, movies and working time in each of the living room and salon. The location is another big pro: a nice view from a high point, quiet, yet a 10-15 min walk from most things, and 5 min to Ptown Gym and Stop N Shop. Other pros include very responsive hosts, detailed info, a well-equipped kitchen, three full baths (a rarity in Ptown!) plus an outdoor shower, washer dryer, and easy-to-adjust temperature for each floor/area. We couldn't think of any cons!

This property is located behind the town parking lot, which means it has a central location while being quieter than homes in the center of town. It’s cleanl, new, and spacious. You really couldn’t ask for more from a rental property.

A Excellent Time in Provincetown

This property is beautiful; Will and Leif have thought of everything to make our stay lovely and relaxing. Their communication throughout the entire process was thorough, friendly, and warm. Amazing property and great location

Second time staying at Bay Haven and once again it was great. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need for a vacation in Provincetown. Will and Leif are quick to respond and kept me informed before and during the day. The patio, grill, balcony, outdoor shower and speaker system make for an amazing experience. The house is close to the stop and shop and less than a ten minute walk to commercial street.

Tucked Away but close to town

Great location just a ten minute walk from the thick of commercial street but enough separation from the commotion and noise you feel like you’re actually on vacation on the Cape. Amazing views from the top floor.

Another great stay

This is the third time we have stayed at this property, and we have enjoyed the week each time. The house is clean, modern, has great outdoor space and everything you could need for a beach vacation. Walking distance to all Ptown has to offer! Book this house, you won’t regret it.

Perfect ptown house

This was our second year staying at Will and Lief's place. It continues to be a wonderful and perfect house for a ptown getaway! Modern, clean, big. So many nice small touches and artwork. Great location very close to everything in town. Would highly recommend to others!

Fantastic house that is well maintained and has everything you could need for a perfect vacation

Will and Leif were attentive to all of my questions and their house is great for a group of friends to spend time in Provincetown. The house is a short walk from all the attractions the town has to offer. The rooftop deck was great for sunset drinks and the outdoor shower was a good addition.

Big place, clean and modern.

Our hosts Will and Leif responded to all questions we had about the house and and procedures. They responded within 2 hours on any queries. The house it self is great - bedroom in basement, two bedrooms on the second floor. Third floor is a bar, lounge/tv room with a patio and great views. We ate up there most mornings. Easy walk through the parking lots into town. We highly recommend the house!

Well Appointed and Beautiful Home

I've been staying in P'town for over 10 years and this is the most well furnished and appointed home I've stayed in. High end appliances in the kitchen, with nice pots, pans, knives, flatware and anything you could ask for. Same for the rest of the house, the top floor deck/bonus bar room has lovely cocktail glasses, ice buckets and anything else you could need. The bar itself looks brand new, as are the outdoor furnishings on both the 3rd floor deck and main floor patio. The outdoor shower is beautifully done as well. Every detail was thought of, from extra shampoos for guests to use to a very generous welcome basket. Bedrooms were comfortable as well, and just like everything else in the home, the towels, sheets and other bedroom furnishings were all like new and very comfortable. Overall a beautiful home in a beautiful town! Look forward to returning!

Perfect Location

Fantastic location for this spacious 3 bed 3 bath condo. It was perfectly situated close to town (by cutting through the town parking lot) but far enough out that it felt like we were able to disconnect and unwind. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing vacation

We had a superb time and loved our stay at Bay Haven! The home was immaculate and provided the ideal space for our family. Wonderful house

Two Wonderful Weeks

We spent two wonderful weeks at Will and Leif's beautiful home. From our initial inquiry all the way through to our check-out, they were responsive and incredibly helpful. The information they provided prior to our arrival was top-notch. We've stayed in Ptown many times, but since this is an unusual year, it was terrific to be in touch with folks who knew the town and could make recommendations. Their place is really wonderful. We spent some time at the beginning and end of our stay alone as a couple, and in the middle, some friends joined us. Whether we were alone or with our group of five, there was nothing we lacked at Bay Haven. We like to cook, so a well-stocked kitchen is important. Bay Haven's kitchen never disappointed whether we wanted to grill outside or make pancakes on Sunday mornings. Overall the house is super comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. From the all the amenities to the amazing view from the rooftop deck, where we enjoyed our nightly cocktails, we had everything we needed and felt truly at home.

We have been coming to Ptown since we first started dating and we always dreamed of owning a home here. The town's charm, friendly people, stunning beaches, delicious restaurants, and tons of fun activities quickly made Provincetown our favorite place.

We instantly fell in love with this home for the amazing views from the roof deck, it's overall spaciousness, and close proximity to everything in town. We recently made some updates to our outdoor space, and added quartzite countertops, further improving the indoor/outdoor living options of our home.
