Excellent location

The location of this place was so convenient, with shops and restaurants just downstairs and it's an easy pickup and drop off point for Grab rides to other destinations in the city. The apartment is fine, as described, just a bit spartan in furnishings and not hotel-grade linens and towels. Basic but good.

The property was acceptable and has some desirable qualities. The building entrance has guards, and you need a card to be able to press a floor on the lift. Each stairwell access also requires the key card. Almost everyone politely would hold the gate open for the side entrance. This means if a person just waited for someone else to use the key card, they could get into the property. Once inside, I do not think there is any serious mischief possible, so I feel safe there. The property has a large number of dining options withing one kilometer. The Grab rides are great value for a foreign tourist and the ability to visit any location in and around Kuala Lumpur is affordable. The downsides are: One of the bathrooms has a hand shower holder that is broken. The hand shower is either on the floor or wrapped around a small pole in the shower. No microwave oven. Kitchen utensils are not in great shape. A frying pan needs to be tightened up very badly and some of the forks are warped. Only one free electrical plug-in in the living area in the corner near the window. We moved the table to the window to be able to avail of that one plug in. When we moved the couch, we found a large amount of debris under the couch. There was also a tourism promotion that the owner would want displayed. You cannot sell day tours when your advertisement is under the couch. We cleaned up and all was well. One keycard did not work at one exit. When I asked for it to be replaced, The staff was hesitant.

Perfect room with perfect amenities

A perfect place for me and my fmaily to stay. Very nice unit with very stylish interior design. the location is great! the facilities is also super nice to use. Simon is also kind enough to advice us to various places and even helped us booked a trip to Malacca. ^^ Thks Simon, will definitely stay in your place again.

Our place is called Bukit Bintang, also known as Golden Triangle - the most happening place in KL. All the following top tourist hotspots are within 5 to 15 min walks from Robertson :

- 5 min to Jalan Alor ( most famous food street in KL ).
- 5 to 10 min to Changkat Bukit Bintang ( most famous night life, bar & bistro, massage parlour ).
- 10 to 12 min to Pudu, another food haven for locals.
- 5 to 10 min to China Town ( since 1857, the earliest KL settlement ).
- 5 to 10 min Central Market ( since 1888, Art & Cultural mall )
- 15 min to KL Tower ( highest viewing deck in KL ) & bird park.
- 10 to 12 min to Star Hill, Lot 10 and Pavillion ( the best shopping mall and district in KL ).
- 5 min to Times Square shopping mall.
- 15 min to KLCC twin tower ( Malaysia most iconic shopping, park and high life area ).
- 5 to 8 min walk to metro station LRT ( Plaza Rakyat station ) and MRT ( Merdeka station )

This is a friendly apartment.

- Airport transfer is available, about RM120 for 7 seaters car, good for group with some luggages.
- Grab ( merge with Uber ) from Airport is RM80 for 5 seaters car.
- Daytrip within KL, Genting, Melaka and Ipoh is available. Price is inclusive of car, driver, fuel and toll charges.
- Car rental is starting from RM120/day for a 5 seaters.
- Daily cleaning can be arranged at RM65/cleaning ( normally, the house is cleaned after check out/ every 7 days for long stay guest ).
- Early check in/ late check out can be arranged at RM20/hour ( subject to availability ). Standard check in time is 3pm onward and check out is 12 noon.
- 24 hours self check in & check out available.
