Spectaculaire maison de 3 chambres prĂšs du Cowboy Stadium et du New Texas Live Arena

Ce trÚs bel emplacement récemment rénové qui fait environ 3000 pieds carrés. Il se trouve à moins de 1,5 miles du stade AT & T / Dallas Cowboy Stadium, du stade Texas Rangers, de Six Flags / Hurricane Harbor et de nombreux restaurants tels que mon préféré, Pappadeaux. Pourquoi faire face à la circulation et au stationnement à prix élevé juste pour y arriver. Uber est beaucoup plus facile. (S'il vous plaßt noter que ceci est une maison de 4 chambres, mais seulement 3 d'entre eux seront disponibles pour les clients de HomeAway).

Great Long Term Stay

This was an amazing place for a long term stay. The property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had. The home was in a great neighborhood and had most of what we needed for a month long stay.

Beautiful home-- Property manager very attentive-would have liked to see some stocking of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper as in other VRBO we have stayed at- does need new bed pillows as they were stained Otherwise was happy with the spacious home and safeneighbor hood

The owner was responsive to all questions.

The purpose of the stay was both business and personal. The home accommodated both. We were able to have family and friends visit, have a comfortable environment for the grandchildren to play and enough space for setting up our potable office. The owner communicated on a regular basis and resolved any issues or questions that we had.

Great location and very responsive

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks for the holidays. The location was great. Easy access to Dallas and Fort Worth. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to all requests. The only thing I’d say was a negative is that the one bathroom was a bit challenging for 6 adults. We had to start getting ready a couple hours in advance for everyone to get ready. Other than that I’d stay here again.

Ideal Arlington location

Great house for long term stays. Perfect for us while our home was being remodeled. Photos accurate. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. All neighborhood services convenient and easy access to highways and the “big” airport.

This property helped us through a difficult time. We were in the area for medical reasons. The neighborhood was great. We could return to the home to rest and relax . Everything we needed was close at hand

Nice house and neighborhood! My only issue was the cable TV signal was very poor so that was unavailable during the stay.

Beautiful, spacious home near Six Flags, the Ballpark, and more! We enjoyed staying here very much!

Thanks so much! Our whole family enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Nice, secluded neighborhood, but convenient to both 360 and I-30. Will definitely hope to stay here again for future family get-togethers.

Great spacious property

Property is very nice. Loved all the room! The games are missing a few pieces but we managed it make it work. Very quiet neighborhood. Plently of towels, pillows, and linens. The one thing that was missing was something to clean and santize the kitchen with. (Not sure if there is a rule for not having harmful chemicals, ie. Insurance reasons) but I was thinking maybe lock them up in the garage and give the adult access to them? Just a thought. But dollar store and quick fix. No issues with the house. Marc the house manager was very helpful and ran right over with trash bags when we ran out. Super thoughtful!!

Enjoyed my stay. Nice and clean. No bottom floor bedroom. One shower.

Nice. Clean house. You need to clarify that there is no bedroom or shower available on the bottom floor. We had my mother who primarily uses a wheelchair. We ended up having to put her on the uncomfortable pull out couch because there wasn't a bed down stairs. There is also no full bath so while she could use the toilet downstairs we had to help her get up stairs one time to shower. I just think this needs to be put in your description.
