RELAX - UNWIND - PLAY
Welcome to our house situated in one of Victoria's best tourist attractions!
Here you can easily explore endless coastlines and enjoy all your sea activities, see abundant wildlife; including the famous fairy penguins and enjoy events at the track (motoGP), family attractions and much more.......
Prime location, ample parking, large front deck and in walking distance to the beach (5 min) or town esplanade (15 min) or a 5 min drive to the boat ramp or (5 min) golf club or (9 min) drive to Smiths Beach and (17 min) drive to the Nobbies.
An original beach house, fully renovated but maintains it's casual, relaxed holiday appeal.
If you are not out and about; you will probably spend most of your time at the house relaxing on the front deck or catching a beautiful sunset on the back deck. It is only a short (10 min) walk to Coles.

We have holidayed at Phillip Island, Cowes for at least 30 years; we just LOVE IT!
Previously we stayed as a family (two sons) in the local caravan parks but about 10 years ago came across this tired original beach house and saw it's potential. As a family we slowly renovated this house and gave it as much TLC as it needed. We take pride in what we have achieved and feel it's time to share our beach lifestyle with other travellers. Please respect our beach home! Thank you so much

Once you cross the bridge you can put your brain in neutral and begin a unique island lifestyle! We love the fact that we can walk everywhere, relax on the large front deck and are short drives away from boat ramps, golf and surf. We also enjoy the house's casual, relaxed holiday appeal.
