It is not only a hidden gem, yet giving the convenience of Stratton mountain`s shuttle comes right to the end of the driveway every hour; a very spacious home, well-furnished to provide coziness for a mountain retreat away from home!!
One minute to Stratton`s beautiful Golf courses. Two miles away from Stratton mountain base and the village which has the best shopping and restaurants in town. Perfect location for a family`s vacation with friends and family !!

Winter Break Ski Trip

Guys Weekend Skiing President’ Day 2020

Spent 2 nights here with a total of 10 people. 6 17 year old boys and 4 adults. This is the 4th ski trip we have taken and our first at Stratton. By far the best house we stayed at ever. Made egg sandwiches every morning before skiing and teens enjoyed hot tub. Very close to mountain and Melany was very responsive. Would highly recommend staying on one of her properties.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Stratton Mountain Views

The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family, offering ample room for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Every corner of the rental was well kept and clean, contributing to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. One of the highlights was the rental’s proximity to Stratton Ski Mountain—just minutes away, it provided easy access to a day full of skiing and snowboarding adventures. Additionally, the home is equipped with new appliances, which made our stay convenient and worry-free, especially when it came to preparing meals for the family. The outdoor hot tub was a hit with everyone, offering spectacular views of Stratton Mountain. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and soak sore muscles after a day on the slopes. The property’s outdoor space was equally impressive, offering a great place for us to enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings. Great vacation spot!

We had a great experience at this property. The house was super clean, there was plenty of room, close to activities and very peaceful. The only suggestion we could make is to have a fire pit in the back yard for a chill thing to do while hanging out. The check in/out process was super easy and we loved our stay!

Awesome stay experience

Maleny was super accommodative prior to my trip and during my entire stay. The house was super clean and true to the photos. Overall, a great experience. Would stay again.

Almost perfect!

This property was absolutely beautiful and fit my extended family of ten perfectly. It was very easy to find and located in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the surrounding areas. The owner was extremely helpful before, during, and even after our stay. She was responsive and very kind. There were only two things that surprised us. The first is that there was no air conditioning. The air outside was comfortable, but not all of the windows had screens so we could not open them all, and with the sun coming in the windows, it got very warm inside. The second surprising thing was that the house we stayed at wasn’t the one pictured in the listing. It wasn’t a problem, the house we were in was actually even nicer then the pictures we saw on the listing, we just had to adjust our planned sleeping arrangements. I would definitely stay at this home again (and maybe bring multiple fans, if not an AC, if traveling in the summer), and would rent from this owner again.

Beautiful home and great location

The house was very comfortable, well-equipped with what we needed, and in a great spot close to Stratton. Maleny was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Great MLK stay

We had a wonderful weekend! Very easy to get to Stratton’s base and everything was very organized and clean. Maleny was very responsive by text. We would love to go back again!

Wonderful Ski Home!

Perfect home for 2 families to share. Lovely and spacious. Hot tub was great after a long day skiing. Neighborhood shuttle bus or short drop off to Stratton Mountain. Would love to return.

MLK Weekend

We absolutely loved this house for a family vacation on MLK weekend! We had 8 of us and two kids with room to spare. The house was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the hot tub and large open concept kitchen, dining room and family room for all of us to gather. Also the garage/basement mud room was great for all the ski stuff. We also went up a weekend of a 2 foot snow storm, which was no issue as the driveway was cleaned twice and the roads of the neighborhood were cleared. I'd definitely recommend staying here with a large group - it was also very easy to get to the slopes. Thanks Malney for a great stay!
