Nice Neat property but Properly Not suitable for more than 6 people
We booked this house for its location. it's closeness to the beach and shops, and the listing was advertised as it could accommodate up to 9 people. The property managers were fantastic. The house was comfy, but when we arrived, I had to sweep sand from under my feet and dust from under furniture. The hot water service is definitely not suitable for a large family; even with the boost button, the water took almost 1.5 days to refill, the property managers were great at arranging for the tech to come out and check for issues, the water tank was just too small... we were being extremely careful with water usage it is just unsuitable. We only had 5 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler for most of the stay, and only 2 nights did I have all 9 people. I was boiling kettles to bathe my 2yo and to wash dishes that couldn't go in the dishwasher. The main toilet didn't flush properly, you need to move the lid for it to stop filling up. The beds were squeaky, and one of the bunks had no ladder. There were only 6 dining chairs for a booking of 9 people. The outdoor setting was nice but could have been done with a proper table for eating at. The couches were super comfy. Having 2 lounge areas was nice. A clothes dryer would have been handy. The height of the decking was a bit dangerous. Way too high and has no handrails and no balustrading around the back deck. Parking was ok; we made it work, but the listing should properly state it's a split block that shares the driveway.
