Deze zonnige 2 + loft / 2 badkamers 2 niveau appartement biedt ca. 1300 vierkante voet leefruimte en biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 gasten. Op het hoogste niveau is de woonkamer, keuken en eethoek. Woonkamer heeft hoge plafonds met veel licht, open haard, 45 inch flat screen TV / DVD en Mt uitzicht. Het eetgedeelte naast de woonkamer biedt plaats aan 6 personen. Voorbij de keuken is de grote slaapkamer met queensize bed, 24 inch flatscreen-tv, inloopkast en uitzicht op Mt. De grote badkamer heeft een wastafel en een bad met douche.
Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich een slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden en uitzicht op de bergen, met toegang tot een groot bad op de gang. Badkamer heeft enkele wastafel en bad met douche. Het hok kijkt uit over de woonkamer en heeft 2 aparte bedden die indien nodig kunnen worden overbrugd naar een koning. Er is toegang tot het ligbad. Er is een klein dek verwijderd van deze kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. Er is een stapel wasmachine / droger in de gangkast naast de keuken. Als je dit appartement binnenkomt, is er een groot terras met gasgrill, tafel en stoelen en een parasol om te ontspannen op die warme zonnige dagen. Deze accommodatie biedt gasten toegang tot alle voorzieningen van Sun Valley. Er is geen A / C in de flat.
Complexe functies: The Villager Condominiums bevinden zich tussen Sun Valley Village en Dollar Mountain. Dit complex is centraal gelegen en ligt dicht bij het Sun Valley Pavilion. Bald Mountain ligt op 1,5 km afstand. Dollar Mountain en Sun Valley Village liggen beide op ongeveer 1,5 km afstand. De voorzieningen van het Sun Valley Resort bieden speciale toegang tot de Sun Valley Lodge en Inn Pools, Olympische en Kids-zwembaden (alleen in de zomer), hot tubs, kleedkamers en een fitnesscentrum. Golf, Tennis, Gun Club en Trail Rides zijn ook beschikbaar met korting. Er is een gratis pendeldienst die je bij de ingang van het complex ophaalt en je naar Bald en Dollar Mountains, het centrum van Ketchum en het Sun Valley Resort brengt.

Old school place, well stocked with everything we needed. Very close to Dollar Mountain, which was perfect for the kids. Would rent there again.

Great location to Sun Valley village. Private spot facing the creek. Very clean and organized with lots of kitchen essentials and extras like pool towels, umbrella and games. Wish the primary bedroom had a king bed, and perhaps a better seating arrangement for the family room but overall it was a really nice stay.

Great place to stay. Gorgeous view! Only minor feedback is regarding property management. The company is very nice and responsive, but property specific instructions would be appreciated. Some instructions were lacking and some were clearly a template for all properties that led to unclear expectations that had to be clarified. Overall 10/10

We really loved the location of this place. The unit backs up to a creek offering lots of privacy. The large porch with BBQ grill was my favorite feature!

Beautiful retreat in Sun Valley

The grounds and location are amazing! Right by the golf course and close to the Olympic pool. We could ride our bikes from the condo into town or to many mountain bike trails. The kitchen is very well-stocked with supplies. There were plenty of dishes, towels, blankets/pillows, etc. The portable ac fans were very nice. The inside has not been updated in quite some time (my 11-year-old is guessing 100 years, lol), but it’s clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved it - would stay again!

This property is, obviously, loved by the owner. The furnishings are comfortable and tastefully done; entire unit nicely supplied with more than basic necessities. The location is idyllic - gorgeous views and privacy. The deck is adequate for entertaining 10-15 people.
