El apartamento tiene una excelente iluminación y el mobiliario necesario para tener una cómoda estancia. La arquitectura del inmueble data de 1905, sin embargo, el apartamento en su interior se encuentra completamente remodelado, manteniendo lo acogedor de lo clásico así como lo práctico y agradable de un diseño moderno. El departamento se encuentra a cinco minutos de diversos restaurantes y bares además de que estamos cercanos a transporte público y ecobici.

The apartment has excellent lighting and the necessary furniture to have a comfortable stay. The architecture of the building dates from 1905, however, the apartment inside is completely remodeled, keeping the cozy of the classic as well as the practical and pleasant of a modern design. The apartment is located five minutes from various restaurants and bars and we are close to public transport and ecobici.
