We are native Cincinnatians with extensive ties to the area. We love living in this close-knit neighborhood with its lovely views, nice selection of restaurant and bars, and close proximity to downtown and to the area's unique urban neighborhoods and town squares. We enjoy introducing visitors to Mt. Adams and to all our City has to offer.

Very enjoyable. Comfortable and clean. Great home.
Our stay was very pleasant. Owners were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Great location close to The Monastery event center and wedding venue.
Awesome place and great hosts!
Love to use this place for out of town guests. Great location
Great location, lovely property, thoughtful hosts!
We spent Thanksgiving weekend in Cincinnati. Absolutely loved the house. Very clean, sharming and had everything we needed. Great location, close to all major attraction for kids and adults. Laura and Mark were very helpful prior and during our stay. Great people! They made us feel very welcomed. I would recommend this property anytime
Just right for us
We really liked this place. Cozy and well appointed. Everything you need down to coffee, creamer, seasonings and oils. Note: the coffee maker is a Keurig. They provided seven k-cups so if you drink more coffee you may want to bring some. Lots of room, really, for a space just about 12’ wide. Clean, clean, clean.
This was our first stay in Mt. Adams. We loved the history, the architecture and the amazing views while roaming around the neighborhood. We spent a day walking (a nice workout with the hills), exploring Eden Park and the Art Museum which as amazing. On the way back, we happened upon an open house for one of the overlook properties and got a rare chance to see a four story place with spectacular views!
Just know that the neighborhood, while it has a lot of cool bars and has a young party vibe (Blind Lemon, Hightail were especially good!), food is not forward here. Standard pub fare at best. We sensed that house parties are the thing here so be prepared for wandering folks chatting it up around 1 or 2 a.m. This didn’t bother us. Everyone was Cincinnati Nice.
We’d like to come back to enjoy the patio in Spring or Fall. Thanks for maintaining this lovely place in this special neighborhood.
Thanks for your feedback, Lorrie! You are right that for fine dining and a wide variety of great restaurants, you need to head about a mile down the hill to downtown. There are several casual eating establishments here on the hill, though. Some of the names may be a little misleading. Mt. Adams Bar & Grill is a long-time restaurant and a popular dining spot for Playhouse in the Park patrons. The menu includes salads, soup, burgers, fish and pasta. Next Chapter serves very good sandwiches, soup, salad, etc. The Bow Tie Cafe is a wonderful coffee shop that serves breakfast also. These are all rated 4/5 on Trip Advisor and are within just a few minutes’ walk of the apartment. Amigos Bar & Patio is a newer Mexican restaurant at the top of the street that has good reviews online.
Great location, nice clean 2 bedroom apartment/condo.
Met Laura and she was awesome, the location was excellent, we will definitely stay here again.
Fantastic place with very gracious and helpful hosts!
Adams spot with your own parking place! Very near everything! Wonderful hosts!
We are in the heart of Mt. Adams on a residential street but just two blocks from the quaint Mt . Adams business district. There are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from. Mt. Adams offers fantastic views of the river valley, surrounding hills, and downtown. Downtown is just a few minutes away by car, bus, taxi or Uber and it is within walking distance, though you have to be prepared to tackle some hills on the way back. The city has so much to offer, including great restaurants and bars, live music, theater, art, beautiful parks, bike paths, numerous golf courses, and sporting events. Mt. Adams is a fun and unique neighborhood in the center of it all!
