Very inviting, clean and tidy space within walking distance to an event. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all check in is at 4 we are messaged at 3:30 and said they were still cleaning, we got to enter at 4:30 and were told check out is at 10 so apparently not 30 min later do to them being late for us. Then i woke up the next morning with major allergies,which i only get with cats so i had to clean the bedding/top bedspread when i put the sheets back on it was really tuff, full size sheets on a queen size bed,they really need the right size. After that ordeal was over the rest of the stay was nice. We stayed 5 nights. The place was overall okay. Thanks, The Frederickson's

It was very clean and spacious. All of the required amenities. I really like that she left a fresh sponge for dishes, that was nice. The only improvement opportunity I can think of is sending some of the check in information sooner in the day. I understand not wanting people to check in before the check in time, but items like what is approved parking would be helpful in advance.

Concert at GSR

I returned to Reno to visit my late parents site and see Allison Krause and Union Station in concert.I took my dog Buck to San Rafael for walks and enjoyed a cheeseburger at Scoopers !

It was great location for our stay. Had everything you would need love that they had extra towels. The only down side is that when the people above you run water you can hear it in the walls and it’s very loud! Also the couch you can’t use because it stinks so bad like cat pee you don’t want to sit on it.

Great communication.

Our host was amazing, we were on a long road trip and unsure of the time we would arrive. She was very accommodating. Unit was very clean.I loved the red leather sofa. I would stay again.

Great Spot near Reno

Great property with plenty of space. Very quite neighborhood, close to the freeway, Victorian Square and all the fun things in the area. Communication with property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Second time we have stayed at this property, Very clean, nice big bathroom, cozy kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and unit convenient to major roads and shopping. We will stay again.

We LOVE this property!

We have stayed at Tori’s unit a couple of times now and it’s always so clean and convenient! Easy freeway and surface street access to get to wherever we want to go. Totally walkable to the Nugget for any event there. There’s a cool bar scene with live music on the weekends near the Nugget and an In & Out burger right there for a yummy cheap late night meal. The neighborhood is very walkable though a little rundown. The property itself is very secure, quiet and clean! We will be back anytime we are in the Reno/Sparks area and it’s available. Host is accommodating and responsive. 100% recommend!

Would not recommend

We arrived to find a woman of the unhoused community sitting directly outside of the bathroom window with some of her belongings. It seemed she was going to be staying in that spot for the night. Some of the houses surrounding the condo were very run down and between that and the woman outside the window, we decided to leave. I have 3 young children and a dog that needed walking, and I felt uncomfortable needing to walk or sleep there. I messaged the host right away saying we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night and it took them until 1am to respond, by which point we had found a hotel to stay at and were sleeping. I would not recommend booking this place to stay at.

We had a wonderful time. This was such a great condo, super convenient location, we had everything we needed. It’s super cute and it was super clean. We will definitely look you up again.

Great location, very comfortable living room, great entertainment system

The check in was a bit trouble some as we had to wait until after 4pm to check in after traveling from San Francisco. The check in time is listed at 4-6pm which I should of noticed. The host made additional effort to get us when we arrived at 4pm. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. A nice touch was a place to hang our hat, jacket and place your shoes when you entered the kitchen. I thought that was thoughtful as we always remove our shoes in a home. The host was easy to communicate with. A convenient parking place right at the front door. Very polite neighbors. The patio was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again.
