Living room very goodKitchen -- would have been helpful if we had known that there was a keurig machine and needed coffee . very little staples-- salt, pepper, sugar packets, powered cream for coffee.. No extra paper towels and no tea towels.Bathroom- no extra rolls of toilet papers , liquid soap need a dispenser. Inside the top of the shampoo bottle was dirty.Bedroom - 1st to left. had a sticky end table. had not been cleaned properly.Host replied fairly timely.easy access . location very good for us.

I honestly can't say how nice the apartment was.. so it may actually be quite nice... The reason I can't say that is because the host cancelled my reservation at the very last minute because "someone else was there trying to check in without me" so I violated a code - what's wrong with this picture is there was no one else in my party that should have been there without me. The host barely tried to contact me before immediately cancelling my reservation. I am concerned about who else was trying to get in to the apartment and very frustrated with the lack of effort by the host to see what was going on. I had to get a last minute hotel for my stay with my family and the host did not respond to either me or the customer service reps who tried to call them. At this point I don't care how nice it could've been- it seems like there's bigger issues going on

Here’s what occurred: Our exterior security camera and smart lock alerted us to someone attempting to enter before your check-in time. We could not reach you to verify, and per Vrbo policy and our “registered guests only” house rule, we had to secure the property and notify Vrbo support immediately. Guest safety is our top priority. I understand your frustration about the lack of contact. We did attempt to call and message, but we clearly didn’t connect in time, and I apologize for that breakdown. After reviewing this with Vrbo, we’ve improved our pre-arrival check-in flow so this miscommunication doesn’t happen again. To clarify: We use exterior cameras and smart lock logs specifically to ensure only registered guests can access the property. No one should be able to enter without a valid code tied to the reservation. I regret we weren’t able to host you and that you had to book a last-minute hotel. Well , for us , we found this place to be a very unhappy place to stay. For starters, the listing says that it is a quiet 2 bedroom apartment.And I have since learned that it is on me for not checking Google Maps before renting, but it is approximately 70 feet from a highway.So the idea of it being quiet is laughable. The smell that we incurred while entering the building was about enough to make my eyes water.My sinuses went haywire , and both my wife and I were struggling for the entire weekend and spent as little time as possible inside of the building..Also, if you happen to be visiting family as for instance, if you had just driven a 150 miles and then to find out that you cannot have your nieces come over to visit your daughters or else you will find yourself homeless was a very rude awakening in all my years of living and staying places. No host has ever told me that I wasn't allowed to have guests not in a hotel, a rental, not at a campsite, not anywhere only this guy told me that it was for my safety that if anyone else Visited the apartment.I would be kicked out, my funds would be kept and I would have to sleep somewhere else.So in conclusion, if you are fond of a lot of road noise and very strong chemical smells, this is the place for you, my daughter also saw cockroach in the kitchen and we're wondering if perhaps the place had just been chemically bombed and that's why the smell was so unbearable.We're not sure , but I for sure won't stay there again.

Cozy little place

The stay was good. Near to our venue for competition. The house was as expected and a great price. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to add additional outlets next the bed for plugging in and charging devices but otherwise, the place worked out nicely.
