Enjoy by the Sea (upper apartment)

A house Milka with two apartments is located 15 meters from the sea in the first row of the seaside. The house is situated in a very quiet area which is away from traffic noise and any other. The property can provide a deep rest with various contents on the sea: swimming, diving, walking, angling, sunbathing, etc. The house view is right on the sea, with a view of the Island Pag as well as a behind view of the mountain Velebit.
The house is well equipped. The apartment up has a large terrace.
Common area has large enough table for companionship.
Whenever is there a wish to swim in the completely clear sea, all is needed to walk with stuffs to the beach in front of the house. The beach and the area beside the sea act as a house yard. We often leave our things there: towels, maskas, etc. :)

We are often on a relation Zadar-Karlobag. We try to prepare good the apartment for the new guests.
Ivan is engaged in job in his own vineyard and garden, with olive trees, in the production of wine and olive oil, in preparing homemade prosciutto and cheese etc.
Dubravka works at the bank. She loves to edit the environment around the house. In free time she likes to visit social events such as music concerts and exhibitions.
You will be able also to contact our son who speaks English, French, and Deutsch.

The house has been built for years by Dubravka's parents Toni and Milka. The house has been used as a cottage, like it is today, but today also waiting for some new guests.
