We're also only six miles from the main Killington and Pico base areas, and within walking distance to local snowmobile tours—ideal for guests who want to do it all. After a day on the mountain, unwind in our 100-degree outdoor heated pool, open year-round for that perfect après-ski soak. Visiting outside of ski season? You're in for a treat. Cedarbrook is a short drive from Vermont's charming small towns, vibrant fall foliage, scenic hiking trails, and summer adventures. Whether you're here for winter thrills, autumn beauty, or a peaceful summer getaway, Cedarbrook is your four-season Vermont retreat.

Welcome to Cedarbrook, Building 1, located on the ground floor with peaceful views of the woods and the parking area. This inviting unit features two comfortable queen beds, a full bathroom, and a small table with seating for two. You'll find conveniences like complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a hair dryer to make your stay more comfortable.
Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee each morning from 8 to 11 a.m. in the cozy sitting area at the Cedarbrook office. Just steps away, you'll also find a quiet reading nook and a small library, a fitness room for a quick workout, and a communal coin-operated washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Please note: there is no kitchen, refrigerator, or coffee maker in this unit.
One of Cedarbrook's best-loved features is its year-round heated outdoor pool, perfect for a relaxing swim no matter the season. Whether you're here for the slopes or a peaceful retreat, this unit offers a simple, clean, and comfortable stay in the heart of Killington.
The outdoor heated pool has varying hours depending on the season.

Please call the office for the current open and closing times.
A communal, coin-operated washer and dryer are available on site until 8:00 PM.
The fitness center is open until 8:00 P.M.
There is no shuttle service to or from Cedarbrook.
A $150 security deposit (authorization hold only) will be collected upon arrival.

Outdated facilities in a pretty location.

We did enjoy the scenery near the location. The room itself left much to be desired. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The towels were thin. The carpet was unravelling in places. The walls were so thin you could hear conversations and running water in adjacent units. No amenities were included, not even shampoo or coffee in the room. We had trouble with the lock.

Amazing FIS World Cup Experience

Amazing property especially for the price! Check in process is very fast and convenient. The outdoor heated pool was my favorite property feature but the location to and from Killington main base was a close second! Thank you for a wonderful stay will see you next year :)

As another reviewer had stated, no frills but gets the job done. Clean enough and comfortable. The gym area looks much better in the pics but it serves its purposes. The pool was small but clean and heated. The other guests were quiet but I could still here them. This could be an issue if there were noisy guests and you’re a light sleeper. There is also some sort of ejector pump nearby, which makes a pretty loud noise. Again, not enough to wake me but may wake others. The best part is the easy back and forth to the mountain. I was also thankful for the early 1pm check in. I showed up very early to check the place out, asked to workout and for an early checkout in. By the time I was done working out the room was serviced and available.

We stayed in room #104. While the room was clean and just as described in the website, unfortunately it's kind of uninhabitable. The water pump for the property is bright next door. It runs and makes a loud rumble NON-STOP. It slows down a night but doesn't stop. Anytime a toilet is flushed or sink turned on, the pump starts to replenish the used water. The owners need to tell guests this! The property is pleasant, but you cannot enjoy yourself in this particular room

Nice distance from lifts. Low in the valley, near First Stop a great ski shop. Stop by Dream Makers Bakery on the way to the mountain. If you are so inclined take a dip in the outdoor pool!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If all you need is a basic place to stay, this fits the bill. No coffee available, and the general store across the street doesn't open until 7:30am. TV is small. Heat worked great. Be sure you ask for the wifi pw, -I didn't and the checkin guy had gone.
