Great House!

We had a great stay at Rhonda's. Everything was very clean and ready for us . Lots of thoughtful items like bottled water and snacks. Perfect location, good floor plan for multiple people. The best was the fenced in yard for our pups. Would totally stay here again! Kathy H

It is dog friendly property and worked well for us as it was very hot. Our dog was able ti be cool while we were sight seeing. Its a cute house that would be great for a family also as it looks like it could sleep 7. There are some nice touches like a fish tank and a piano. It was well stocked including some complimentary snacks. It was close to the London Bridge and restaurants.

Great place!

The property was clean, the kitchen equipped with what we needed and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Rhonda, the property owner was great! She left fresh flowers, new board games and new kitchen items. She was also super communicative and attentive. We had an issue with the dishwasher and she responded immediately and sent someone to repair it right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!!

My hubby and I were very happy here. It was close to so many things in Havasu and a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbor's were friendly. It was also fairly close to where our granddaughter and family live. I want to say that the king size bed was very comfortable. We plan on staying here again in December. There were very nice touches like fresh flowers. She left bottled water, pop corn and blueberry muffins. Rhonda our host was very accomodating and very helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.

Feels like home

House was clean.Neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen had all we needed for making our Thanksgiving meal. Big enough yard for our 2 dogs. Great communication from host prior and during our stay. She had muffins and chocolates waiting for our arrival and delivered flowers, napkins and tablecloth for our Thanksgiving dinner. Great bed, bedding and towels. Home away from home.

Olive Ln Property

Property was clean, and as represented. Location on a quiet cul-de-sac was a plus. We really enjoyed late afternoons on the cozy patio furniture before firing up the grill. Our little dog was with us, so the fenced yard was very important. We made the short drive to London Bridge Park daily to walk and enjoy the sunshine. This was our first trip to Lake Havasu City, and it won’t be the last. Wonderful vacation location.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It provided everything that we required. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed making our meals there. The outside patio seemed like it was always shady and we loved having "pic-nics" out there. We have zero complaints about our stay, however, there are 2 things that I feel I should point out. 1) There is a sharp nail sticking out of one of the wooden beams on the back patio that our cut her toe on. 2) On one of the days, your neighbor across the street parked her car on your side which wasn't really an issue in itself, except that it was it front of our boat, which made it extremely difficult to hook it up to the truck again when we were ready to hit the lake. I'm not sure if she makes a habit of this, but it was extremely inconsiderate. I thank you for opening up your lovely home to us and I would highly recommend it to any who are considering.
