This large four bedroom Pet friendly holiday home will offer you a style of living that until now you could only dream of. Located a short stroll to North Entrance beach and the aqua blue waters and fishing hotspot of The Entrance Channel, holidaying has never been made easier.

Near new, the home is a blend of executive living and entertainers delight. The sleek lines and neutral colours give it modern sophistication. The downstairs rumpus and alfresco area flows through to the immaculate gardens and above ground swim spa (not heated), providing an entertainment space perfect for the enjoying summer nights.

Nightmare holiday to put it nicely

No gas for cooking and hot water for the first 6 days 1x 40inch tv for 4 beds. & 3 family rooms $5pillow display pillows uncomfortable beds and next to no kitchen utensils, no cleaning things no broom no mop no vacuum fridge didn’t work properly upstairs has no air con and is way too hot, spa pool out the back filled up but not allowed to use even though there is no signage saying do not use or out of order ! Bbq had rat droppings all over it and was completely disgusting, absolutely nothing that makes this place even remotely comfortable for a family to relax and enjoy family holiday. Ended our stay there early after being offered to have free nights or discounted nights for the inconvenience of no hot water and cooking but yet still awaiting the refund and told now that it wasn’t their (east coast getaways) problem and I won’t be getting a refund left the house looking way better then we arrived and they still have my deposit and 10 days of unused nights that were cancelled. What was spose to be a good fun family catch up was stressed and totally overpriced like way too overpriced!!!

Disappointed

Front yard and kitchen living areas looked good. Few issues that we found in the property we contacted and messaged the agent East Coast Getaways with all the faults- the first afternoon we arrived. Upstairs - IXL lights (heat) not working in all bathrooms. Lamps upstairs not working. Laundry - one switch for IXL not working (heat). Ground floor level outdoor entertaining closed in area- lights not working and room smelled like a dog kennel room could not be used. Backyard grass had dog poo, dog toys. spiderwebs on cloths line, outside all the back windows and doors. Shelf under the sink in kitchen was not secured, Storage area under stairs - lights not working, Garage side single door lock was not working. Kitchen garbage bin lid extremely dirty with mould in the upper inside. fry pan in cupboard had thick food stuck to the bottom, a pair of mens undies found in bedroom drawer. dirty cotton bud found in bathroom. kitchen and living tiled floor very sticky. Laundry sink had a blocked drain. My first few days were spent cleaning and removing spider webs. Listing stated a dryer was available. few days before renting the home the dryer was removed from the web site. I advised the real estate and mentioned i had printed a hard copy and it was listed when I paid my deposit. An electrician and plumber were called out the first and second day, this held us from going out as the electrician spent 4 hrs on the property they were not just blown lamps switches were faulty and dangerous. I have stayed at many holiday homes I have never come across anything like this. extremely disappointed. Kind regards Erminia (minnie)

thank you for your feedback and do apologise with regards to the maintenance and cleaning issues, we have since rectified these issues. please note at no time has the property ever been advertised with a dryer as per our phone conversation. We do appreciate your feedback.

DIRTY!

Spent the first whole afternoon cleaning and sanitising all living areas. Crumbs on tables, benches with coffee rings, cutlery draws had filthy stains and hairs, refrigerator filthy with crumbs and human hairs. To Top this off the pots needed washing, pan still had egg rings in it after use, skillet still left unwashed after last use, Finally the garage, which is the main entry to the house was not swept and ground washed in months and months. Complained to the Agent East Coast on the third day of arrival due to public holidays but we were refused compensation of any sort. DISGRACEFUL!!! Honesty goes a long way in my books. I Can post photos if required by STAYZ. DISAPPOINTED!!

Wasn't what we expected

when we first arrived it's wasn't where we expecting the advertising was quite confusing, the house was nice but was advertised with wifi but there wasn't any, there was no BBQ and there was dirty dishes,rubbish under the bed an in the lounge,cigarette buts in one of the window sills an the list goes on so the house was nice but do it at your own risk

Great house for a big family with minor defects

The house was great and had plenty of room. Most areas of the house were clean except for the bottom level. It was just dusty with spider Webb’s and the kids couldn’t play down there. Lounge areas and tv room was great. The rooms upstairs were nice and clean. We struggled with no aircon upstairs the kids couldn’t sleep from the heat. The bathroom upstairs had no locks so that also was a headache. Overall the space was great . Just those few issues were abit upsetting.

Great location but BYO everything

Location is great with a short walk to patrolled beach and lake. Take all your kitchen gear with you though - no drinking glasses, not enough plates or cutlery. Barely any kitchen utensils. Also BYO cleaning equipment - not even a dustpan & brush to be found! Overpriced given the lack of equipment - much like camping indoors.

Wonderful, perfect location

The house and area are wonderful, walking distance to the beach, lake and The Enterance. The house has plenty of space, so you do not feel as you are on top of everyone. The negatives, was the lawns and yard are in need of a mow and maintenance. The kitchen needs drinking glasses and wine glasses. If dishwashing tablets are not provided, a dish rack is required. Bins in the bathrooms. The biggest issue we had, with three young kids, was the tv. The reception was so bad we couldn't get any programs. If there was a DVD player it would have been ok.
