About this property

Providence Apartment 5

Only a short stroll to the main surf beach and access to the Ocean Side Resort Swimming pool, BBQ area, and Oceanside Restaurant.

This apartment is located on the 2nd level of the 'Providence' complex. The living area opens out onto a small private balcony, a great place to sit and relax on cool summer evenings. There are two bedrooms and the apartment is fully self-contained. Access to the beautiful pool and BBQ areas of Ocean Side Resort and the Oceanside Restaurant (which is part of the same complex) will help complete the perfect holiday. No Lift.

The kitchen overlooks the open plan living area. The apartment is self-contained with a microwave, jug, toaster, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and other cooking appliances provided. A TV, stereo and video have also been provided. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine, sink and dryer. The lounge room has two double sofa seats. The living area opens out onto the relaxing balcony through glass sliding doors. Please wait, in a few moments a slide show of the property will commence.

There are two bedrooms both having wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen bed with two bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a set of bunks and a trundle bed. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurant and the wonderful Hawks Nest Golf Club.

-Spa in not heated.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

Lovely presented home

Beautiful home, clean and bright however the bunk bed squeaks like you wouldn’t believe and the main bed is terribly hard. The shower was horrific, wouldn’t maintain temperature and had no preassure. Otherwise good location but I wouldn’t stay there agaim

Nice clean unit and good location

Very tidy little unit. Only one flight of stairs to the door. Nice layout with balcony of lounge room. All in all, good place for a 5 night stay with no problems at all. Small bathroom but not a real issue. Recommended.
