Louise was the perfect host, answering our messages quickly - helping us plan our stay, arranging transfers from/to the airport, recommending local places to eat and visit and even letting us use her car during our stay. Great villa in a perfect location, short walk to a lovely beach and an easy 30 minute walk in to Coral Bay. Louise was really helpful during our stay and left us a handy welcome pack of essentials on arrival. Very spacious, particularly the outdoor area. The villa is a little bit tired in some areas and could do with a little tlc but this is to be expected in rental properties and certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful stay.

Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent. House and pool were brilliant and everything was clean and well maintained. Use of car was so handy for trips to shops and beaches. Great location, quiet but within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and bus stop to Pafos. We have just returned from a wonderful winter escape at Chilbury Mortimer.Louise is a great host; it's hard to imagine a better one!Communication both prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. Any small issues or questions were were quickly responded to.The villa was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The internet connection was fast and reliable, the large TV had an amazing amount of accessible content; we never missed anything from UK channels and the selection of films available was vast.Perhaps it's fair to say that some furnishings and fixtures are a little 'tired', but you can't expect a 'new-build show-house' for a holiday rental. That said, everything was functional, comfortable and clean. The kitchen amenities were excellent for self-catering; even an Air Fryer.Louise also included the use of her car in the rental. Again, it's clearly not straight out of the showroom, but perfectly adequate for getting out and about to explore the island.We both had a lovely time, would very happily stay again and recommend to friends.Thank you Louise!

Magical place

Louise could not have made us more welcome or been more helpful. We arrived late from the airport and she had so thoughtfully left us some food and drinks. Any questions i had, she responded very quickly and her recommendations of places to visit were spot on. The car made it possible for us to explore beautiful places across the island. The villa and pool provided us with a piece of paradise. We absolutely loved everything about our stay - thsnk you Louise!

A great Villa in a splendid location with easy access to the beach and town centre. The Villa had many little extras in the kitchen and was equipped very well. Louise was a fantastic host, always happy to help with any questions. Any family would have a fabulous time at this Villa!

Fantastic villa

A wonderful property, fully equipped for our 2 week stay. Air conditioning was a godsend in the heat, as was the large pool. Louise was an excellent host, available if needed. The use of the car was an added bonus and Louise's arrangement for airport transfers was seamless. Highly recommended.
