Villa spacieuse et magnifiquement meublée avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer

Une villa très spacieuse située sur la colline surplombant Vale da Parra à la mer. Les plages «Pavillon bleu» de Sao Rafael et Gale sont à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. La villa a récemment été totalement et avec beaucoup de goût meublée à un niveau élevé. La piscine carrelée en mosaïque (10m x 5m) a des marches romaines et est entourée de terrasses et de jardins, avec une douche de piscine. La piscine dispose d'un système d'eau salée, ce qui la rend particulièrement agréable à nager, car en utilisation normale, aucun chlore n'est ajouté. La propriété est entièrement clôturée par des murs et des portails électriques. WiFi gratuit disponible.

Il existe de nombreux terrains de golf autour de Val Parra. Tous les parcours sont de 18 trous sauf indication contraire.

Villa was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. Brilliant pool. The villa has so much space inside and out.Excellent location just a few minutes drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and the marina. Faultless communication with host. Would highly recommend.

Great villa

We had a wonderful second stay at this beautiful villa. Located close to beaches and restaurants but tucked up on a quiet hill where you can enjoy the morning sounds of birds, a stunning view and gorgeous sunsets. A clean, well appointed villa and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic holiday

Had a wonderful time at this villa, it is huge and very well equipped and the pool is great. Location was good for us as we had a car, under 10 minutes drive from restaurants, shops and the beach, but a supermarket and restaurant within 5 minutes walk (can recommend O Barca!). Can happily recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to stay in the Algarve in a quiet location but within an easy drive of all amenities.

Spectacular vistas , exceedingly clean and comfy. The best place for relaxation and peace: the occasional rooster crowing not withstanding. Don’t miss the grapefruit size lemons on the tree.

Vivienda Harmonia

We stayed for five nights at Vivenda Harmonia as a group of friends and cannot fault the villa at all. From the minute we arrived we could immediately see how stunning the villa and the pool area was. The inside of the villa was immaculate and it had everything we could possibly need! The pool area was amazing and felt like a real luxury. Dave was so easily contactable too throughout, highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa, great for families.

The villa was even better in real life than it looked in the listing. The large pool was a favourite with the kids and the rooms were all well furnished and comfortable. The garage was a good bonus to help keep the car cool from the July heat. The villa was in a good location, with a well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance. It was in a great location to use as a base to explore Alburfeira and the wider area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking again.

Fab get away

The villa was much bigger than we thought, the pool was the absolute highlight. The whole family enjoyed spending every day by it. The location was lovely although walking up the hill was a bit of a killer! Marina and old town only 5-10 minutes in a taxi and the local firm was really reasonable and reliable. We will be looking to book again in the future

Just perfect

Booked for a multi-generation stay for 7. Communication throughout whole process, from original booking to leaving excellent. Villa clean and very well-equipped. Plenty of room to all gather in communal areas but equally plenty of space for a quiet read. Pool is a good size and lovely to spend time around. Local shop and restaurants a short walk away. Would recommend highly.

Fantastic property

We are regular visitors to this area and this was our first time at this property. The host was fantastic, great communication with an easy check-in. When arriving in the property the first think we noticed was how clean and fresh is smelt and looked. Definitely one of the best we have ever been in. The cleaning team were very friendly when visiting and helpful. The property was exactly as shown on the images and was in great condition. The pool is very large and well maintained. We would certainly recommend this property for large families, its in a good location near to Guia and around the corner from the oceana. Highly recommend

Amazing villa

We had a great 2 weeks at Villa Harmonia. Its massive compared to the photos and really well laid out with 4 bedrooms (one definitely only a single) and a fab balcony off the kitchen and a beautiful roof terrace with views out to the sea. The pool is equally a geeat size with the added bonus of an large garage to keep the car in and cool! David was really responsive to all my questions and also helped me out a lot on check out day which was a bonus as i was travellong with elderly parents. Great location with a well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk away and some greet restaurants also not far but we did use the car for them due to my parents. Will definitely be coming back!!

Storybook setting exceeded our expectations

From the moment we pulled up to the gates, our expectations were exceeded by Vivenda Harmonia. We thought it looked great in the photos, but the reality of this little castle was far greater. It was clean, it was beautiful and it was romantic in a storybook kind of way. The view of the sea, pointed to by the bird sculptures on both balconies, the gorgeous sparkling pool, the well-kept gardens and thoughtfully laid-out grounds, large modern kitchen, numerous areas to relax, wood floors and beautiful lattice woodwork of extra large double closets in every bedroom with luxurious and modern bathrooms, all more than accommodated every wish of our family. Even though the water had not quite warmed up yet, we looked forward to sunning ourselves by the pool every day. We were traveling with our two adult children and everyone had plenty of space and choices to find what suited them. And the pingpong table in the huge garage gave us a chance for a fun family challenge! At the end of our stay, no one wanted to leave.

Amazing Stay

Amazing Villa! Had the best time. There was 6 of us. More than spacious. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s huge! It’s a really good location as it’s just 10 minutes max in the taxi to the old town (the best part of Albuefeira) and then around 15 minutes to the strip. There’s a number in the welcome pack for an English man who has a big 7 seater who was more than happy to collect us every night as we went out and picked us up to take us back home (and we got home quite late some nights). The only problem we had was on the first night as we arrived late and were confused by the instructions. As we got there late we thought the instructions said there will be a safe on the property with the keys and the owner gave us the code for it. However, the safe is actually just outside the property office which is about 5 minutes away in the car (maybe less). This was our fault for misunderstanding the instructions but incase anyone has the same problem go to the office first if your arriving late! Overall it’s was an amazing place to stay. They really give you your space and don’t bother you. But they do also send maids around every few days which is good. The pool was gorgeous and there is a big supermarket 5 minute walk down the street. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a villa!

Everything was excellent? Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and only a short drive to Albufeira. Would stay again no problem. Lots of spacious room in all areas. Pool is good. Secure, safe surroundings.

Beautiful property. Well located for exploring the Algarve

We had as lovely time in this property. The pool was a Godsend to cool down in. The house is lovely and is very large with all amenities working well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of spending some time in the Algarve. All the amenities are nearby including a well stocked Supermarket with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Eamon

Excellent and spacious villa

Excellent villa with all essential items and facilities for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Fantastic pool and outdoor space, with a spacious and comfortable interior for family living. Close to beaches which are within walking distance but a car would be needed for young families or the elderly . All in all an excellent holiday with great communication from the owner David. This villa is strongly recommended!
