Villa for 6 people with direct access to the beach

Villa Jeronimo is located at Playa de Muro, a residential area in the middle of Bahia de Alcudia between the villages of Alcudia and Ca’n Picafort.
It is placed along a 5-km-wide fine sand beach close to the Parc Natural de S'Albufera.The houses in the area are built in the typical Mediterranean style.

Villa Jeronimo is surrounded by pine trees and is only 50 m away from the sea. It has a direct beach access from the garden.
On the ground floor the house has a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, half bathroom, a living/dining area with a fire place and satellite TV. There also is a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. From the outside you can access a lumber room with beach supplies and a washing machine.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a terrace with sea views and the other one with two single beds. There also is a bathroom.

The house is ideal for family holidays with children, specially because of the direct beach access.

Dear Jeronimo, Thank you very much for this lovely house! It is great and cosy, clean and has everything we needed. Hope to stay again some time! Dear all, this holiday home is perfect to stay with children - it has a nice garden to play even in windy days, the beach is at arms length. It really has everything you might need, so long stays are easy and comfy. Gruesse from Basel, Marina and family

Really nice house very close to the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay during the first week of June. The location of the house approx. 20 m from the beach was great. You could make yourself a coffee, walk to the beach, have a dip in the ocean, go back to the house to get another coffee, and so on. The beach, which has very fine sand and a very shallow entry, was not crowded because it is ca. 300m away from the larger hotels. Nearby is also a nature preserve area where you can go running or walking on soft trails. The house itself was very clean and adequately furnished. Worth mentioning is the water treatment system in the kitchen so you can drink the tap water and do not need to buy (and carry) the heavy supermarket water bottles. Despite the name „Can Mosquit“, we had very few and very small mosquitos only. Not more than we would have had at home. What we also liked was that there were at least 3 different locations where you sit and eat outside. So depending on the sun, we could have breakfast, lunch or dinner all at different places - true outside living :-) So in summary a very nice home that we can highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Für die Kinder war die Nähe zum Wasser ideal. Der Vermieter Jeronimo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Hübsches Haus mit schönem Außenbereich in ruhiger Lage nah am Strand, besonders ideal für Kinder. Lediglich auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein (Mückenspray und bite away waren notwendig). Sehr praktisch ist die warme Außendusche, dann bleibt der Sand draußen. Unkomplizierte Ankunft zwecks Schlüsselbox und zudem auch eine persönliche Einführung ins Haus durch den Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lage: top - Ausstattung: 4-

Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Meer. Und das war es auch leider schon. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir nur kurz Kontakt per Email/Whatsapp. Schlüsselübergabe per Code-Briefkasten. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, ziemlich zusammen gewürfelt von der Ausstattung her und leider nicht wirklich sauber. Geschirr musste erstmal gewaschen werden; keine Trockentücher vorhanden (wurden auf Nachfrage direkt am nächsten Tag geliefert), kaum Kleiderbügel vorhanden, Kleiderschränke & Schubladen seit Monaten nicht ausgewischt. Mückenschutz gab es reichlich vor Ort - wird auch dringend benötigt. Zum Meer (knapp 50 Meter) muss man allerdings über den Gehweg/Terrasse des Nachbarhauses laufen. Nebenan wird ab 08:00 Uhr jeden Tag renoviert. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber trotzdem ist es nervig jeden Morgen von einer Kreissäge geweckt zu werden. Fazit: Die Lage ist super!!! Am Haus & der Sauberkeit könnte einiges verbessert werden.

Schönes Haus am Kindertraumstrand

Gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr schön gelegen. Etwas schwer zu finden, Haus steht hinter dem Haus des Vermieters. Kein direkter Zugang zum Strand da inzwischen Naturschutzgebiet aber der Strand ist trotzdem superschnell zu erreichen. Perfekter Strand für Kinder, schöner Sand und flaches Wasser. Dieses Jahr leider viele Mücken, so dass wir den schönen Garten und die Außendusche nicht nutzen konnten.

Schön ruhig und nah am Strand

Schönes Haus, nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand (über das Grundstück des dahinterliegenden Hauses, welches auch der Familie gehört). Gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Super auch die Außendusche, da wird kein Sand vom Strand ins Haus geschleppt. Toller Naturstrand der außer am Wochenende auch nicht so voll war im Juni. Schöne, recht ruhige Gegend. Ein paar Restaurants (Empfehlung: Figueret) und ein kleiner Supermarkt (Spar) etc. sind trotzdem in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen...

Perfekte Lage, Top Haus, Super Gastgeber

Das Haus liegt windgeschützt hinter der Düne mit direktem Zugang zum Meer (keine 50m) und ist mit ALLEM ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, groß, nicht einsehbar und mit schönem Blick in den angrenzenden Wald. Die Gegend ist, im Gegensatz zu Can Picafort und vielen anderen Orten auf Mallorca nicht mit verbaut. Weder das Haus noch der Garten sind dunkel, wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Alles ist sehr offen und hell.

Top Lage!

Sehr gut und komplett eingerichtet, sehr gute strandnahe ruhige Lage! Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Kamin funktioniert sehr gut, Heizungen auch. Es gab ein kleines Tief mit Starkregen Ende Oktober, es war gemütlich!

Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Finca im mallorcinischen Stil!

Die traumhafte Lage am Strand von Muro ist der Mega-Plus-Punkt des Ferienhauses. Aber auch alle weiteren Fakten sprechen für das Objekt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet ohne verkitscht zu sein. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Auch eine Filteranlage ist vorhanden, was die Nutzung von Leitungswasser zum Kochen und Kaffee zubereiten ermöglicht. Durch die vielen Pinien auf dem Grundstück ist das Gelände sehr schattig, was bei über 30 Grad zum Pluspunkt wird und man sich mittags kurz vom Strand zurückziehen kann ohne gleich ins Haus zu müssen. Das Haus wurde uns persönlich vorgestellt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise war durch den Schlüssel Tresor sehr unkompliziert.

Grundsätzlich schönes Haus in Top-Lage. ABER:

Das Haus ist für heiße mallorquinische Sommer gebaut und ist gut darin, möglichst viel Wärme abzugeben. Wir waren im April bei 17 Grad und Regen da, und wir haben es einfach nicht warm bekommen und mussten mit Jacke und Schal unsere Zeit darin verbringen. Das Haus ist immer wieder sofort ausgekühlt. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern echt ein Problem. Schade.

Strandnahes Feriendomizil

Eine wirklich schöne Villa, mit schattigem Garten und direktem Strandzugang und allem was man braucht, sogar Strandspielzeug für unseren Enkel. Leider hatten wir jetzt, Anfang April noch recht kühles Wetter und die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage ersetzt halt keine richtige Heizung. Für die wärmere Jahreszeit empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus - toller stand

Cozy house very close to the beach

We had a great stay with our 2 small kids in the house. The house has everything you need for a nice stay and also all the little items we are used to usually buy in such houses were provided like toys for the beach etc. The landlord Jeronimo is a very friendly host who takes care of all the questions you have. He responds quickly and ensures you have a great stay. There is a private path to the beach. The beach itself is really beautiful and well suitable for smaller kids. It was very empty during our stay after Easter which we enjoyed a lot. Close to the house are also several nice restaurants and shops where you can get everything you need for your stay. We highly recommend this house and would like to return one day.

Excellent location for undeveloped beach and getting around Mallorca

The villa is located in a nice housing development at the edge of the S'Albufera nature park. It is in a sheltered pine grove set back from an unspoilt beach, which is accessed via a path that passes by another house. We stayed here in mid-March, just before the season started, so a lot of restaurants/shops in the immediate Playa de Muro area were not yet open and we had to drive a bit for decent dinners out, but this won't be an issue April-October, there's a lot to choose from nearby. We were glad of the villa's quieter location, away from the more built-up parts of Port de Alcudia / Playa de Muro / Can Picafort. The weather was a bit chilly (and unfortunately wet), but this was just our bad luck - I understand Mallorca has 300 days of sun a year! So it's a compliment to Jeronimo and his villa to say we had a very pleasant stay there off-season. I'm sure when it's hot the villa will really come into its own. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and catering for ourselves was easy when we didn't fancy a meal out. As we had a hire care and lounging on the beach was not an option, we did a lot of day trips around this beautiful island and we found the location to be very convenient for that. Jeronimo was a friendly and thoughtful host and very helpful - thanks again!

Beautiful clean villa, seconds from the beach

We loved Villa Jeronimo, it was perfect for my family as our daughter could play in the shade of the garden when it was too hot (or windy) at the beach and then spend the rest of the time on the very clean beach. There is a v nice restaurant right next door and we would walk through the trees to the nearest supermarket in the morning to get freshly baked bread. Jeronimo, very kindly left us some fruit, food and water for when we arrived and he came and showed us how the air con etc worked when we arrived. I would definitely recommend the villa and we will go back.

Super schöner Garten, tolle Lage

Wir sind mit zwei Familien und 3 Kleinkindern gereist und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und das Haus absolut seinen Preis wert. Bei 6 Personen wird es drinnen schon knapp, aber da man sich die meiste Zeit draußen aufhält kein Problem. Der Garten ist sehr idyllisch und mit einem eigenen Zugang zum Strand wirklich besonders. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern.

Tolle Unterkunft in zweiter Linie zum Strand

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Wir waren schon letztes Jahr hier und haben die Zeit wieder so genossen , wie letztes Jahr. Das Haus hat allen Komfort, den man sich denken kann. Jeronimo ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der jederzeit für einen da ist. Wir können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub am Strand verbringen will.
