Lovely house, well equipped and ideally located. Friendly and helpful host. Ample parking. Only points to mention would be a wobbly kitchen table and a quirky and troublesome TV setup but neither would stop us from revisiting. Thanks very much.
We love this house and have stayed several times.It is equipped with everything you need and a bathroom on each floor is very handy ! The location in central Beverly is perfect and parking is a real bonus.
Location perfect for Beverley town centre, and the surrounding area.House as described on the website, would sleep 5 comfortably. Carport/garage is tight for a large car but was able to park there. Permit available just incase.Would definitely stay there again.
Warm house well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of room for our group. Sarah was so helpful arranging a parking pass for us. The house is in a prefect central location. A great place to stay in Beverley!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Tiger Lane. The location is excellent and very convenient for the shops and restaurants. The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay and we would definitely recommend it to prospective clients. It's really lovely!!!
The house had everything we needed and the small courtyard had sun for most of the day. Parking availability was a bonus! The location was great for easy walking access to the town and local pubs and restaurants.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay and the proximity of the house to all of Beverley's amenities.
Parking could be a problem but we were able to park our vehicle fairly close by and we really appreciated the box of treats that was left for us. Our stay at May cottage was a great experience, we found it clean and comfortable and would recommend this property any time.
The property was very spacious, well equipped and clean.We couldn’t believe how quiet the area was to say we were only a few hundred yards from the beautiful town centre of Beverley. The property had a lovely courtyard too so we were able to sit out day or evening.
Great place to stay in the middle of Beverley (although very quiet )The house has all you need for a stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Great Modern and clean property, perfect for short or long stays.
We really enjoyed our stay in Beverley, main reason was the location of Sara's property it was in the perfect location for walking around Beverley and so close to the market square and all amenities, restaurants etc. The house was perfect for our needs and i would certainly reccommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Beverley.

Excellent modern townhouse in very easy reach of all the amenities.House is very clean and well presented with all the necessary appliances and utensils.Parking at the property- the carport is okay for a small car, but I parked my SUV in the garage. The owner also arranged a resident parking permit, should we need it.Communication with Sara, the owner, was first class.Highly recommended accommodation.
Plenty of room, very clean, very light, very comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen and a great position from which to explore beautiful historic Beverley! We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much!
This location worked well for us as we were in and out to lots of concerts. We squeezed the car into the car port and went everywhere on foot. The house is well equipped and comfortable and Sarah was a very helpful host.
9 Tiger Lane was the ideal base for a few days. So near the middle of Beverley yet very quiet with birds nesting in the little garden. A great space, very comfortable and with all we needed for our visit.

We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run.

Lovely Townhouse
Second time for us at this lovely townhouse just minutes from the centre of Beverley. Superb location and can't fault the house. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle but we were in a Mini so no problem!

My husband and I bought No.9 Tiger Lane approximately one year ago and spent time refurbishing the property to create a modern yet comfortable base for guests to enjoy. We have lived in a nearby village for many years so know Beverley well and what it has to offer. We were attracted to the central location of the property as it offers guests the opportunity to enjoy Beverley's attractions and amenities - especially the many places to dine - without always having to use the car.
Why they chose this property
The property is so convenient for all that Beverley has to offer, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The picturesque pastures of the Beverley Westwood are right on the doorstep for picnics or evening strolls. If you want a day without the car, it's easy to hop on a bus or a train to the coast or visit the attractions of York, Leeds or Harrogate. Hull is only 15 minutes away by train where you can visit the art gallery, its many free museums or The Deep - one of the world's most spectacular aquariums.

The central location of 9 Tiger Lane allows guests to enjoy its many cafes, bars and restaurants without having to use a car as all are within walking distance.
