Apartment Lido in a period villa on Lake Orta with pool and spectacular view

Apartment Lido is a comfortable 2 bedroom flat newly renovated, located on the third and top floor of a period villa, 150 m from the lake and the beach of Lido di Gozzano (a few hundred meters from the city limits of Orta San Giulio and only 4,5 km from its historic center). The villa, surrounded by a wide secular park, is equipped with a shared pool and a private parking place in the courtyard. From the apartment you can enjoy a stunning lake view ranging from the sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso to San Giulio Island, and to the tower of Buccione.
Apartment Lido consists of entrance hall, kitchen/diner/living room with a fantastic lake view, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower box. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you can find a small mansard bedroom with a French double sofa bed and a utility room with a washer dryer. Kitchen with 4 burner hob, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, provided with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and kitchenware. Living room with Full HD LED TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, sofa, table and chairs. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, provided with bed linen and bedding. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower box provided with towels and hair dryer. Small mansard bedroom with French double sofa bed and wardrobe, provided with bed linen and bedding. Utility room with washer dryer. The flat is equipped with WI-FI internet connection and independent heating. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, detergents and cleaning products. Cot and highchair available for free on request.
Our guests can enjoy the shared pool and the park, and will have a private parking place in the villa's courtyard.
The pool is normally open from mid June to mid September. The exact dates depend on weather conditions, and are determined from time to time by the condo board.
However the lake and the beach of Lido di Gozzano are only 150 m away.
Please note: since being an ancient building, there is no lift and the access can be uncomfortable for those with walking difficulties.
Pets are not allowed.
Our apartment is designed for non-smokers.

A great view!

Of course, the imposing view was the highlight of the apartment. But everything else was right. Especially the owners were very friendly and attentive. For the sake of fairness, it should be mentioned that the pool is closed indefinitely. But the landlords have provided tickets for the neighboring beach.

Es gab den Pool, wir lieben es aber im See zu baden, dieser war sehr klar und sauber. Im imposanten, historischen Gebäude herrschte Ruhe, da es bereits die Nebensaison war und wenige Bewohner anwesend waren.

"Camera con vista" sul lago!

L'accoglienza di Andrea e la sua famiglia é stata impeccabile. La comunicazione é stata ottima. La casa é pulitissima e dotata di ogni fornitura necessaria al soggiorno degli ospiti (dal ventilatore in ogni camera al telo da mare). La descrizione dell'appartamento é perfettamente conforme alla realtà. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la magnifica vista sul lago e la piscina. La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere a piedi le spiagge e il lago e in auto molte mete interessanti. Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno, malgrado la vicinanza della strada che, nei giorni di traffico, puo' risultare rumorosa.

Charmant séjour au bord du lac d'Orta

Idéalement situé au bord du lac, à proximité des centres d'intérêt de la région, cet appartement très agréable offre un confort excellent, une très belle vue sue le lac et le paysage d'Orta.. Les propriétaires sont très sympqthiques et accueillants. Toutes les informations utiles sont fournies. Merci pour ce séjour !

Fint gammalt stenhus med underbar utsikt

Lägenheten hade allt som man kunde önska sig. Rent och fräscht, bra utrustning i kök och hyresvärdarna hade bidragit med lite start proviant. Bra introduktion av hyresvärdarna av lägenheten och om utflyktsmål på ankomstdagen. Fin pool och närheten till en fin badplats med restaurang. I lägenheten fanns kartor och broschyrer om utflyktsmål som vi använde oss av när vi utforskade området runt den fina sjön. Både till fots och med bil. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Das Appartement mit Blick auf den See wurde von einem Architekten sehr stilvoll mit Edelholz und vielen Rudungen eingerichtet. Die kleine Dachkammer mit Zugang über die Wendeltreppe lud zum Meditieren ein. Andrea und seine Familie empfingen und verabschiedeten uns sehr freundlich und mit vielen Details.

Perfect getaway in stunningly beautiful Orta San G

We were welcomed by Andrea, his brother and mother in the most friendly way imaginable. Their apartment is very cosy and comfortable, with all the modern amenities, and obviously a lot of time and thought has gone into the decorating. The building in which the apartment is located is a lovely old one, full of history, of which Andrea can tell you a few interesting things. Our children were very happy with the large fan in their upstairs bedroom. The view from the livingroom (of lake Orta and the island San Giulio) is simply stunning. The town itself must be one of the prettiest of Europe. It was definitely the prettiest one we ever visited! There is a shared pool in the garden, which was usually only occupied by other tenants in the weekend, so we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. The lake itself is also very good for swimming, and only a two-minute walk away.
