The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room.

The access to the apartment block is done by an electronic key, only by owner, instead of the traditional key. This additional security measure serves to prevent access by unauthorized persons to the complex and its characteristics (lift, swimming pool, etc.)

The home is registered in the Register of Tourist Apartments of the Junta de Andalucía complying with the current regulations (Law 13/2011 and R. D. 28/2016).

Across the street, right in front of the apartment, there are all kinds of shops, including:
