Finca La Biznaga is a wonderful family villa situated in stunning countryside just outside the 'pueblo blanco' of Gaucin, Andalucia. Offering 3 double bedrooms in the main house and, for an additional supplement, a separate casita with two en-suite double bedrooms, Finca La Biznaga provides flexible accommodation, for example, for families travelling with a nanny or grandparents. The villa sits in a quiet rural area less than 3km from Gaucin with superb views South towards Morocco, Gibraltar and the Mediterranean coast. There is a large south-facing swimming pool (14mx7m,1-3m deep). Although the house is just off the main road (the only road!)from the coast to Gaucin,it is the most peaceful spot imaginable.There is no one nearby and privacy guaranteed. The house was built in 2004 .With a young family in mind so as well as being elegant and tasteful,facilities have been provided for a lot of fun as well (game room).Now there is as well a build in BBQ and a Pizza oven.AC is available in the two main bedroom.

Within easy reach are excellent international standard restaurants, traditional Spanish Ventas (restaurants) and Chiringuitos (beach bars) on the coast.
For those of you who prefer slightly more active pursuits, Gaucin and some of the surrounding areas offer activities such as hiking; bird watching;art and cooking classes;horse riding, wild swimming and world class golf courses.
The internationally famous Heritage cities - Grenada, Sevilla, Cadiz, Jerez, Cordoba and the under estimated city of Malaga are all a pleasurable day’s visit. Oh!.... and Ronda – a 25 mile drive through the stunning scenery of the Genal valley. If you only manage one venture out on your vacation then Ronda is a MUST.
Andalusia’s Costa del Sol is a 20 minute drive away. The Blue-Flag Mediterranean beaches of Sabinillas, Estepona, Playa de Casares, Torreguadiaro and Sotogrande are all a 25-40 minute drive away.
Tarifa, on the Atlantic coast (the windsurfing capital of Europe) is an hour’s drive, with more wild Atlantic beaches, Zahara des los Atunes, Cape Trafalgar, the stunning Roman remains of Baelo Claudia (great swimming beach), all less than 30 minutes’ drive to the north of Tarifa.
The nearest International airport is Malaga which is approximately 120kms with motorway. Alternatively Gibraltar is a 45 minute drive and flying into Jerez and Sevilla are also possible.
Although there are taxis, bus services in rural Spain are not really a reliable and convenient option so if you want to get the best out of your holiday a car really is essential. Car hire from any of the airports is available and we recommend that you book early to ensure that you get the vehicle of choice.

The villa is within easy reach of all the facilities and sights of this part of Andalusia and the Mediterranean. It is 3 km to the village of Gaucin where there’s a selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Seville( 2h), Ronda(1h), Jerez(2h), Granada(3h) and Tarifa1.5h (a surfer’s paradise) and other en-route Spanish villages make fantastic day trips, and Morocco is a short ferry crossing from Algeciras.
Yoga, Pilates, horse riding, art and cookery lessons are available. Organic produce can be purchased in the village or locally. There are various weekly markets on the Coast. The nearest bank is located in the village of Gaucin.
Gaucin has a good night life with bars and restaurants, but is also a safe place to let your teenagers out unaccompanied.
There is a floodlit village tennis court, a supervised public swimming pool and several childrens' swings parks with kiosks.
- Sotogrande, Marbella, Puerto Banus are within easy reach,for a change of pace.
