Home from home!

We have just returned home after a fabulous 18 days at Julie’s property. From the start all through our stay, Julie was incredibly helpful and responsive. The friendliest host I have dealt with.The house was so comfortable and clean. All amenities we needed. Location was perfect. Lots of space for 5 of us and felt so homely. Made our trip so comfortable and we all loved the pool. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Florida.Thank you Julie

Easter holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this property at Easter. The host was fantastic - communication was brilliant. The property was well equipped and very clean. Excellent value would definitely stay again.

Great holiday home

The villa is in a well established location just off Hwy 27. It's close to various golf courses. The villa has 4 good size double bedrooms, 2 with en suite. We used the master suite with direct access to the pool. It has a nice sized walk in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, pans and cutlery. We dined in most nights. Fridge/freezer and modern cooker making it very easy to self cater. Washing machine and dryer are just off the kitchen in a cupboard which was nice as some properties have theirs in the garage. The garage got very hot which was ideal for drying clothes not able to be tumble dried. The TV in the lounge area is sizeable and modern. The layout of the sofas is a 3 seater and 2 seater but we found only the 2 seater was placed to watch the TV comfortably. We spent most of our time when not playing golf outside by the pool. The pool has the sun on it all day from sunrise to sunset. The large decking area and pool is one of the best we've experienced in a holiday villa. The furniture is of excellent quality and comfortable. There is a large covered area where we could eat and relax. We contacted Julie about a torn panel in the lanai which was quickly resolved. We would book this property again.

Great House with own pool!

The House is very big and has a lot of room. The highlight for sure is the own pool, but the the real highlight was the great communication with Julie. Things can always go wrong and the way it was sorted out and communicated was simply great. The traffic on the nearby I-4 was quiet annoying sometimes, but that's nothing to do with the home itself. All in all, great place to stay and we can recommend it for a stay and would gladly return in the future.

Definitely recommend thia beautiful home

This home it beautiful. You feel like you home everything was clean amd work perfectly. The Kids and us enjoy the pool. Definitely will book again. Communication was great with the owner. Bedroom waa big bed was very comfortable to rest. We enjoy the Christmas tree still up wich we love. I do recommend this home.

Cozy

This place was perfect for us! It was the perfect size for me to travel with four of my five kids and my parents. The bedrooms were spacious. My kids LOVED the pool. It was a cozy vacation in this house.

The house is as described. The pool is beautiful. Owner was very responsive when I had a question. 20 minutes from Disney. We would definitely stay again.

Holiday

A lovely property and we had a lovely stay but in the welcome pack it said do not move the furniture when we dropped something and had a look under both settee’s they definitely had not been cleaned under for sometime also the pool area could do with a jet wash the umbrella needs replacing having said all this it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property and we would recommend it.

Overall we had a great time at the house, place was as expected, clean and accommodating ….. we did find the beds were a bit too soft, gave me back pains, however that didn’t stop us, we came for fun and attractions not sleep….. we would come again

Nice property

Pictures do not do this property justice. The villa was perfect! Clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and close to gas, food and not too far from Disney.

Perfect location. Not to far from Disney or ever universal studios. Neighborhood was nice an quiet. You have everything you need right down the street. Just overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great vacation at Julie’s villa. The house is as advertised. Everything we needed was supplied. Weather was amazing. Lots of time resting in the sun by the pool. Shopping, dining and highway close by. Close to attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

This was a nice property in a fairly quite neighborhood. We enjoyed having it close to Orlando and Tampa.

Great Stay

Great stay at the property. All as advertised and Julie was great to deal with all the way through. We were there through Hurricane Ian and the property manager was in touch etc along with Julie to check how we were which was a nice touch. Very pleased overall and would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa within short drive of the attractions

We have a fabulous holiday using the villa as a base to visit the Disney and Universal parks. Lovely pool and nice and spacious rooms and open plan living area/kitchen. A few minutes from shops and eateries at Posner Park. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what we needed

After several days on the road in and out of hotels, this immaculate little slice of paradise was exactly what we needed. The house sits in a quiet little neighborhood minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, offers a great layout for multiple families, was very clean and well kept and the whole process was very accommodating. Our overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

Beautiful home!! Bad neighbour’s

Home was beautiful but upon arriving and settling in we were quick to find out what other reviews meant when they said LOUD neighbours. The proximity of the homes to the left or right and behind are so close you might as well be in one big commune. I realize we can’t control the neighbours that rent other homes …but my god to have 10-15 people in one home and music go all night. Kids with their intoxicated adults up until 3am. Only to restart around 10am and we’ll into the night. I had to Contact police on 2 different nights to atleast bring the noise level down to 10 instead of 100. So if you are looking for some relaxing down time away this is not the area. Just when the one family would leave another would show up to the right or left. I feel so bad for the owners of these homes. There is no respect shown from the renters at all. I am a nurse and have worked through this pandemic for over 2yrs and was just wanting a vacation with some down time. A lot of money spent and sadly no relaxing. I get it people are on vacation to but have a tiny ounce of respect for people around you that have spent a lot of hard earned money to enjoy a vacation also. Beds in 3 of the 4 rooms were very noisy and not comfortable. Definitely need to be upgraded. If there is one thing owners should keep up on us comfortable beds and new sheets & comforters. These were definitely used and older feeling. My thing is nice soft sheets and good mattress. Pool had stains when we arrived down in one corner and the day we were checking out the pool guy came and went but still same stains and dirt were in the corner. He maybe spent 10mins. I watch a pool guy in the next home and he was cleaning , testing, filling , scrubbing the walls for atleast 45mins. So I think our pool guy could be cleaning better and putting more time into the job. Julie was great to deal with and like I told her , it would be awesome if the house could be lifted out of that area and in a better place I definitely would go back Thank you Roxanne
