The villa, located in Capaci, famous for its long sandy beach, consists of 2 finely furnished bedrooms, both with air conditioning -, 1 large bathroom with shower and living area with fully equipped kitchen, table, chairs and sofa (which can become a comfortable double bed).
The villa is equipped to give our guests maximum comfort during their stay.
The living room is equipped with satellite TV (so that guests can watch their national programs) and DVD player, also WF internet connection is available. The most important part of the villa is the outdoor space: in the front and in the back there are 2 very large areas equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, surrounded by lots of flowers and plants.
The villa also has private parking and a very nice barbecue area.

Relaxing stay in Capaci

The space was like being at home, and the host family was incredibly kind. I cannot wait to return to Capaci. The host was communicative and went above and beyond to be helpful. Walk to the beach was about 15 minutes and it’s a beautiful beach with beach clubs as well as spaces to lay on your own.

The house is very efficient and it was very clean. It has a nice yard and kitchen is filled with anything you can need. Location is good if you hire a car. But the star of the housing was the landlords. They are so nice and warm people. They even offered us a tour in Palermo and they told us all about the city during. We were treated like family. They are so helpful with everything and are the best landlords anyone could ask for. An italian couple rents the house and they deserve much more than 10 stars. If we ever go to Sicily again, this housing will definitely be our choice.
