Soleado y luminoso apartamento con una hermosa vista al mar ya la montaña, en una casa familiar amigable. Un lugar hermoso y tranquilo a medio camino entre Split y Trogir, debe ver ambas ciudades durante el tiempo de su estadía en Croacia.

Amplio apartamento con gran terraza. 3 dormitorios. Mucho espacio alrededor de la casa y jardín de olivos. El apartamento también tiene una terraza en la azotea de 100m2 con vistas al mar y la ciudad de Split, billar, barbacoa, jacuzzi, ducha exterior y aseo. El apartamento tiene una pequeña terraza y una terraza en la azotea, ambas terrazas son exclusivas para los huéspedes. Solo hay un apartamento en la casa

Exceptional Location and Accomodation

Ivan and Mime were wonderful hosts! Ivan took me on a short tour of the city and Mime cooked me dinner once while I was there. The property is exactly as described, I used the hot tub and outside shower (there is one inside) everyday! I would stay again!

Beautiful apartment with roof terrace

A beautiful apartment with a terrific view on the bay near Split. It has all amenities you want and comes with a private roodverbrand with splendid jacuzzi, lounge set, grill, pool table and outdoor shower. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Stunning views, large, well-equipped apartment

A fantastic apartment with a rear terrace and roof terrace that has great views across the coast and mountains. Mime and Ivan were always on hand to take care of us. Thank you for the delicious desserts.

Beautiful House with great amenities.

It was my husband and I's first trip to Split, Croatia. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we couldn't pick better location and the house. The property is beautiful with wonderful amenities such as Hot tub, Pool table, Dirt. We truly enjoyed waking up to ocean view each morning. Thank you Mime for letting us stay at your wonderful property and your hospitality. I highly recommend anyone whose thinking about visiting Split to stay at this wonderful property. Michie

Lovely clean apartment amazing views from the terrace.

Just returned from a 10 day stay here with our two teenagers.lovely spacious,clean apartment absolutely breathtaking views at night & day.Kids loved the hot tub & pool table in the evening whilst having drinks.This apartment is in a perfect location if you like to explore the area your staying in,a car is essential here but the roads are very easy to navigate, Trogir & Split are both within a short drive away,and there are plenty of beaches & resturants in the local town of Kastela another very short drive away.We visited Mostar for a day trip by car and Krka national park and the roads were excellent well worth doing if your considering those trips. Over all a fantastic apartment with lots of space, we’d recommend staying here for exploring the area & beyond.

Nice apartment,2 terraces,bright and quiet

We spent 6 nights at the apartment in June 2017. We really appreciated the large private roof terrace , which has a small frig, sink , shower and small restroom. It also has a jaccuzzi and a pool table. Modern kitchen, very clean and spacious apartment. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. Nice owners, (they live one floor below and are available if you need anything) they offered a bottle of wine, beer and cookies. In between Trogir and Split. Easy access to main road. You absolutely need a car.

Wonderful

Our party consisted of 4 adults and we wanted a relaxing holiday with al the amenities to make it perfect, and thats exactly what we got. The apartment was perfect in every way. Lots of inside and outside space to relax in that the photos just can't capture. Mime was wonderful and so helpful. On the first night she took us to a fantastc restaurant and picked us back up. She also took us shopping on one of the hottest days Croatia has ever had which was greatly appreciated, and made us the most delicious cake. Will we return to the apartment? Without a doubt if Mime will have us

Fantastic experience!

This property had everything we had hoped for. The host family (husband, wife and daughter) were absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, helpful whenever we needed, making sure everything was just as we liked, they had some welcome gifts for us, as well as a home-made cake on the day before we left! The property was beautiful and spotless. The amenities were modern and in great shape. I loved the espresso machine... And the top floor terrace was certainly the highlight. Jacuzzi, dartboard, pool table, kitchen, bathroom, everything was fabulous. Location, outside of the city crowds, was fantastic and still within close enough distance to quickly get to wherever we needed to go. I could have stayed there for a month! Thanks again to the property owners, we couldn't be more pleased with your hospitality!

Great Holidays

We were on vacation in Croatia for the tenth time this year. The accommodation was a bit more expensive this time, but the apartment was absolutely great. We had great evenings in the jacuzzi, playing billiards and darts or just chilling on the roof terrace. The landlords were super nice and helpful - extra thanks for that. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything even some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge and we had plenty of space. The location is good for trips to Trogir, Split or also e.g. Krka or Omis. Of course, a trip to the fortress Klis was not missing, where Game Of Thrones was also filmed. The beaches in Kastel Luksic were quite narrow and crowded. A small tip for a nice beach with 2 bars and snacks, which was not so crowded, is Beach Kamp Kastel Gomilica. Overall a great and recommendable vacation.

Perfekte Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und hat einen hohen Standard. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr darum bemüht, dass einem an nichts fehlt. Man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Wohnung und die Dachterrasse gehören exklusiv nur den Gästen. Die Dachterrasse ist sowieso der Hammer, von den Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (Billiard, Dart, TV, Jacuzzi) bis hin zu dem Rundumblick über die ganze Bucht von Split bis Trogir mit der grandiosen Bergkulisse - einfach nur fantastisch. Dort oben hat man auch absolute Privatsphäre, keine Nachbarhäuser, von wo aus man reinschauen könnte. Wir waren zu viert, aber sechs Leute hätten in den drei Schlafzimmern locker Platz gehabt - 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder maximal. Parkplatz für 2 Autos ist auch vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns dort zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl. Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass man überall nur mit dem Auto hinkommt. War für uns kein Problem, dadurch konnten wir verschiedene von den Vermietern empfohlene Strände ansteuern. Die Unterkunft ist top und wir würden sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great location and rooftop view!

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this off-Split home! Our hosts, Mime & Ivan, were so inviting, welcoming us into their home as if we were family. They even brought us fruit and desserts! The apartment was very clean and neat! But, right upstairs was the real treat - a rooftop recreation "room," with a hot tub (which we enjoyed EVERY day!), a pool table, dart board, shower, bathroom and grill! While we had a little trouble finding their place, its location was ideal - right between Split and Trogir. Thank you, Mime and Ivan! (Hi, Luna! Woof, woof!)

Very nice for family and relaxing

Our stay at Mime apartment was perfect. We booked this appartment for our family 2 week summer holiday and enjoyed the roof terrace so much with its yacuzi, billiard and barbecue. Ivan and Mime made us feel very comfortable and had a lot of good tips. 5 Stars.

Excellent holidays in Split

To whom it may concern, We have spent excellent holidays at Mime Apartment. Pictures are representative of reality. The Apartment is quite, modern and very clean. It is well located between Split and the Airport and close to the Trogir bridge giving access to many wonderful beaches. Ein insgesamt erholsamer Urlaub in netter Familienatmosphäre

Unsere Gastgeber, Mime und Ivan mit Familie, waren jederzeit bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu verschaffen, was ihnen auch gelang. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf das ca. 200 m weit entfernt liegende Meer war einfach phantastisch. Auch der Außen-Whirlpool, der Billardtisch und Grill trugen insgesamt zu viel angenehmer Kurzweil bei. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns, 3 erwachsene Personen, bestens ausgestattet; außerdem sehr sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Mit dem Auto erreichten wir in ca. 10 Minuten die kleinen Badestrände vor Ort, die Bars und Restaurants am Meer. Split, ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt, und Trogir bereisten wir mehrfach mit Auto und Boot. Außerdem bereiteten uns die Ausflüge zu den Krka-Wasserfällen, ca. 60 Autominuten entfernt, Bootsausflüge, z.B. Sunset auf dem Meer, oder zur Blauen Lagune viel Vergnügen.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit sehr netten Vermietern!

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und für drei Personen ist mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die beiden Terrassenfenster im Wohnzimmer durchfluten die Räume mit viel Licht. Damit die Zimmer tagsüber nicht zu sehr aufheizen, können die Fenster mit Rollläden geschützt und mittels Klimaanlage gekühlt werden. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, vom Geschirrspüler bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Sehr schön ist die ca. 50 qm große Terrasse, die nur von den Gästen des Appartements genutzt wird. Hier gibt’s einen fest eingebauten Kamin mit Grill und eine kleine Küchenzeile, man kann also sehr gut grillen, den Ausblick auf das Wasser genießen, im Whirlpool entspannen, Billard spielen oder einfach nur sonnenbaden. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir wollten uns einige Tage stundenweise mit einem Boot das Land von der Wasserseite ansehen. Ivan hat sich sofort gekümmert und uns ein Motorboot für einige Tage besorgt. Da die Vermieter auch in ca. 2 km Entfernung einen eigenen Bootsliegeplatz haben, den wir kostenlos nutzen durften, hatten wir ideale Bedingungen für die Bootsausflüge. Wir waren mit drei Personen das erste Mal in Kroatien und können sagen, dass es uns sehr gefallen hat. Kroaten, und besonders die Vermieter, durften wir als sehr freundliche Menschen kennenlernen. In dem Appartement fühlt man sich sehr schnell wie zu Hause. Von dort aus ist man in wenigen Autominuten in Split oder Trogir. Wir sagen danke für die netten Gespräche, den gemeinsamen Grillabend und für die vielen guten Hinweise. Bestimmt sehen wir uns wieder! Die drei aus Norddeutschland.
