It has a spacious living room with balcony, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with balcony, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, bathroom, air conditioning and heating, Wiffi, private storage room and a large terrace to relax and enjoy the sun.
Its location is very good, next to the Plaza de Abastos, 5 minutes walk to the historic center of the City, 20 min. walking to the lake and the river, 5 min. Sports center and pool (by car), 10 min. Meson de la Molinera (by car), 15 min. Golf course (by car). The street where the house is located has multiple services and shops typical of the city; Supply Square, bakery, bars, pharmacy, and the sliding street where you will find all the rest you may need 5 minutes from home.
The Terrace is spacious and shared with another apartment. Having a table with chair and armchair for each one.
