Ancient country house dating back to the beginning of the 16th century of about 500 sq.m., with a large exclusive, equipped garden and private swimming pool, fenced for children’s safety. The villa has 10 double bedrooms with bathroom, some with an overhead sleeping area to add one or more beds. Recently restored with great taste and care, the country house has kept its brick façades intact, the typical wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The accommodation is the perfect solution for a group of friends or a family who wish to spend a relaxing holiday.

External Area and Swimming pool
There are several spots, spread here and there in the outdoor spaces, furnished with modern furniture. The rectangular swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area measures 6x11 and 1.40m deep and is fenced and equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. The house has a portico on the ground floor furnished with tables and chairs also accessed from the kitchen for outdoor dinners, as well as a lathwork canopy with tables and chairs in front of the swimming pool for relaxing moments. The house is on 2 floors. From the entrance on the ground floor you reach a large living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. Still on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with French windows which open onto the characteristic outdoor covered patio, a sitting room with TV, the dining room, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning, toilet. On the first floor, there are 6 double bedrooms, each one with third additional bed and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath. Right next to the house but with an separate entrance is a cottage/studio flat with furnished terrace, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Casolare Tombolina is in a quiet location with a breathtaking view of the sweet hills which dominated Valle del Metauro from Urbino to Fano, perfect for those who want to regenerate body and soul.

The facility has got wi-fi Internet connection, central heating, air conditioning, games for children, table tennis, high chair, baby bed, private car park on the property and a 5-a-side football pitch shared with the other facility found on the estate.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), Internet connection, water, electricity and gas consumption, air conditioning, high chair and baby bed. If requested and to be paid for on location, you can have dinners organized, a maid, cookery courses and a babysitter.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Only small pets are allowed.
Check in from 3 PM to 8 PM. The farmhouse, due to its characteristics, is not suitable for groups of young people.Activities and Attractions

From the accommodation you can leave for excursions and visits to important art cities such as Urbino, Pesaro, San Leo, Fano and various other Medieval villages in the area.
