The building dates back to the early 1200s and is located within the ancient medieval core of Lazise. Recently refurbished, it still keeps the original features and materials visible.
It is articulated in independent entrance, spacious kitchen and equipped with annexed dining room, bright and comfortable living room, modern and sophisticated bathroom, double and single bedroom arranged on very special lofts.
Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Carlottina is a great starting point for a great day trip to the lake or to one of the main attractions (Gardaland, Caneva, Moviland). From here you can go for your cultural tours to discover the wonderful Verona, or for excursions on Mount Baldo and enjoy its breathtaking landscapes.
The Casa Carlottina staff offers guided hiking tours to the lake or the mountains and organizes excursions for your favorite sports.

Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio,particolarissimo e molto bello,spazioso,completo di tutto e in pieno centro a un passo dal lungolago.da segnalare meglio nell'annuncio la scala di accesso all'appartamento,che è molto ripida e non adatta ad anziani,persone con qualche difficoltà motoria ,bambini o famiglie con passeggino al seguito.per il resto è tutto perfetto e l'host molto disponibile e molto cordiale.

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe und Geschmack bis ins Detail renoviert. Die Lage ist einzigartig, mitten im Herzen der Altstadt, nur wenige zum Meter vom Gardasee sowie zum Krämerladen und den vielen Geschäften und Restaurants und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Francesca und Elia sind sehr freundlich. Wir mussten plötzlich früher aufbrechen und Francesca konnte sehr kurzfristig zur Wohnungsübergabe kommen.
