Sehr schönes mit viel Liebe (zum Detail) ausgestattetes Appartement!Direkt am Fluss gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir waren jetzt zum 2. Mal in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung und werden mit Sicherheit wieder hinfahren.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, dem Gast einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bieten!

les précisions de l'annonce correspondent parfaitement à l'appartement que nous avons trouvés à notre arrivée . Attention particulière ( bouquet de fleurs , le pastis landais et des boissons dans le frigidaire )le lit fait , la déco très agréable ,la vaisselle nécessaire et une plancha ,rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances . endroit calme et reposant .La plage , les commerces à proximités , on peut faire tout à pieds . De plus parking sécurisé et WIFI . Nous remercions Mr et Mme Bat pour leur gentillesse et pour un prochain séjour à Mimizan on espère revenir chez eux . Futurs vacanciers ,n'hésitez pas à choisir cette location ,vous ne serez pas déçus .

Idéal pour une petite famille, nous sommes restés deux semaines dans cet appartement à Mimizan. L'acceuil a été chaleureux, les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et l'appart est super propre. La plancha sur la terrasse et la taille de la terrasse sont des atouts pour cette location. Le parking fermé et les emplacements pour les vélos sont très pratiques. Situation de l'appartement proche de tout... Location à recommander.

Propriétaires accueillants et serviables. Appartement très bien équipé et confortable, tout est pensé pour que les premières nécessités soient à notre disposition, impression d’être Invités. La décoration a été faite avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Ambiance bord de plage réussie. Situation idéale, à proximité du centre ville et de la plage tout en ayant une très belle vue sur Le Bras de mer (courant). Terrasse grande et confortable, une partie bien abritée, une autre ensoleillée. Parking sécurisé. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Mimizan-Plage einmal anders

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet , einfach schön. Wir hätten gern Frau Bat kennengelernt ,hat zeitlich leider nicht geklappt, aber es wird sicher ein nächstes Mal geben.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, superbe vue sur le courant. Les + : wi-fi, terrasse très spacieuse, place de parking extérieure devant l'appartement, commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un appartement très bien équipé !L'appartement est très joli, directement au bord de la rivière, situé et meublé avec amour !Par-dessus tout, l'attention portée aux détails rend cet appartement de vacances si incroyablement confortable !La terrasse a l'air immense avec vue sur la rivière et s'étend autour de l'appartement en forme de "L".On reviendra, c'est sûr !
