Myrtle Palms Vacation Rentals welcomes you to this well appointed townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a two car garage. Open, spacious floor plan will welcome you from the moment you open the front door. The master bedroom is privately located on the first floor with its own sitting area. It has a king size bed, walk-in closet, plenty of dresser space for storage, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and two chaise lounge chairs in the sitting area.
The second bedroom, also located on the first floor has two twin beds, dresser for storage, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, flat screen TV and full bath. The kitchen is well stocked for those family meals and opens to the family room and dining area. You can cook and still entertain with your friends and family. The dining area seats six with additional seating around the counter area. The family room has a large flat screen TV for enjoying your favorite show or movies. The large sliding glass doors open up to a private courtyard for additional living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or just sit back and relax and enjoy the weather the south has to offer. The kids would enjoy the space for playing games or just enjoying the outdoors.

The Clearwater Bay community pool is located steps from the unit or you may like to use the Grand Strand's largest saltwater pool located at the North Tower overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway within the Resort. If you prefer the 'sand between your toes', the beach is located one mile from the Resort entrance and there is a free shuttle in the summer season for pick ups and drop offs from the beach or Barefoot Landing. The Resort offers three restaurants, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just for a cocktail, you can relax and take in the scenery of the golf course or the boats going by on the Intercoastal Waterway. If you need to pick up some quick staples without going over the bridge, stop into the Barefoot Market & Cafe. There is an Urgent Care located across from the market in the event you are feeling a little under the weather.

Is shopping in your plans? Visit Barefoot Landing located across the Intracoastal with over 100 shops and 20 restaurants, two Tanger Outlets, Coastal Mall or Market Commons. Take in a show at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues where the big names play. Hit the links at one of the resort's four iconic golf courses: The Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III and Greg Norman or the onsite driving range. Call the pro shop and schedule your tee times for a memorable round on one of these championship courses.

Entertainment galore can be enjoyed at the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Comedy Cabana and the Pirate Dinner & Show to name a few that are all located within a ten minute drive from the Resort. For more fun for the kids after time at the beach and pools, enjoy the numerous mini golf attractions, Alligator Adventure, Dolphin Adventure Cruise, Sky Wheel MB, Family Kingdom, Magic Quest, Wonder Works, Grand Prix, Obstacle Island, Shark Wave Park, Broadway at the Beach just to name a few.

Summer stay

The house its self was very nice, but it lacks common accommodations.The appliances, silverware and cooking utensils are a hodgepodge of randomness from second hand stores. The extra pillows didn’t have pillow cases which was pretty gross.It’s not a place to make big meals during your stay.We have 2 younger kids, the TV’s are old and outdated and where not smart TV’s. Would definitely use the realtor again, but skip out on this location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very please. The master is spacious and I loved the sitting room. Everything was very nice. The molding on the floor was coming off in the kitchen but other than that all was fine. Parking is a situation with the other units beside us because they kept parking and blocking us in until we mentioned they had to use overflow parking. Also the homeowner came and went in the unit and told them they had to park in overflow.

Great home with everything you need

This home was very nice, however like many rentals, there needs to be some maintenance done in some areas. The ceiling fans, especially in the living room, were coated with dust, and a few spiderwebs were found and cleaned by us, and there were some other things that the cleaning crew should have found and threw away but didn't. We found a deflated helium balloon in a potted plant that I would have thought they would have seen. The dryer vent was loaded with lint, definitely a huge fire hazard. The spared twin beds headboards were jerry-rigged and not stable, so the beds wobbled. The downstairs bathroom vanity definitely needs some work, as it's chewed up and not very nice looking. Also, the MB shower outside wall, is deteriorating due to water damage. Even though it was a nice home, it needs some TLC.

Great home and resort area

Very pleased with this property and resort area! Home had everything we needed (except grill that was shown in photos). Rooms large and in excellent condition. Resort area offers community pool (can view at angle from master bedroom) and large resort pool. Grounds throughout were beautifully cared for. We would definitely stay here again. Only disappointed it did not have a gas grill. Overall, we were very impressed with home, community, resort and beach !

It is in a great location, close to everything, but when you are at your rental it is quiet, very relaxing and seems like you are miles away from the businest of a resort town. Family Summer Vacation

Nice neighborhood near many fun places to shop, eat and not far from Windy Hill Beach. The property manager Toni was very helpful and responsive. House was roomy and well kept. It states 2 car garage but you can only park one vehicle at the house. The owner left their golf cart in the garage. However there was additional parking in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Week!

This property was very nice and very spacious. The master is huge and so is the bathroom. Love how the master was secluded from the rest of the house. Very nice laundry room. Kitchen has just the bare minimum so definitely bring extras but was enough for what we needed to cook with. The other bedroom downstairs is small and only a dresser to place clothes in. The bedroom upstairs is a nice size where my oldest daughter and her friend stayed. The base molding was coming off I. The dining room and outside the master but nothing that can’t be fixed easily. Very close to the pool and overflow parking. Had trouble with the neighbors wanting to block us in and unable to get out of the driveway. But, it was handled nicely. Toni was very nice in answering all of our emails and questions. Overall nice stay and would stay there again.

There is but we were only able to park one car because the owner had their golf cart parked in one side. However there was additional parking within a block or two. Neighborhood has two nice clean pools for use. I would return and recommend this location.
