South of The Strip holiday lettings

I must admit I did not expect what I got. I read most of the reviews, and thought this is too good to be true!! But every one of these reviews were spot on, and I must concur with what everyone else in saying it was a fantastic house and holiday. The check-in process was the easiest I've ever been through. Our plane was late arriving which made us arrive at the property around 9pm, but Rex was waiting for use with the garage already open. He was a very lovely man that greeted us with a smile, helped us in and showed us around. He even had a Christmas tree up for us, I thought that was so very nice of him. After giving us a high level overview, he advised he would come round the next morning to go over things in detail, and answer any questions we had. And he returned as promised and completed the walk-through of outside. Being from Las Vegas I'm very particular about where I stay when I come home for visits. I always look for a place that can host my family and friends, and we're a big bunch so we need space and privacy to entertain. This house was perfect since we bought my mother-in-law, so she had privacy staying the Casita. It was a win-win for all of us.. I knew the area well so I did expect the size of the house to be accommodating, but what I didn't expect was the level of detail that Rex has done to the house to make it a home away from home. He truly has made his home a place you can really enjoy while on holiday, all the way down to the smallest of detail. I literally spent most of my holiday in the house with the grand kids playing on the volleyball court, and relaxing in the hot tub. We even stepped outside the normal Christmas food to have a BBQ cookout, and then a bonfire for New Year's Eve where we watched the countdown from the outside television and the fireworks from the front yard. Way cool!! The beds were all very comfy and the rooms of good size, and all with TV's and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Overall, we truly enjoyed the house and area which is close to everything, including my daughter's houses, and the fact if we needed Rex he was a phone call away. We have already made plans to spend all of our holiday's at Rex house (if it's available). Thank you Rex, for such a enjoyable holiday. See you soon, Monica
