A few kilometers from the sea, villa of about 110 m, recently built surrounded by about 1000 square meters of land of secular olive trees entirely fenced and for the exclusive use of guests.
The villa has a large living room with table, satellite TV and sofa bed; kitchen complete with everything you need (fridge, stove, oven, washing machine and all the main kitchen utensils); double bedroom that overlooks the terrace, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, terrace with outdoor table and chairs for dining or spending time outdoors, large garden with hammock and barbecue.
