This spacious coastal holiday home is ideal for a large family gathering on Irelands Wild Atlantic Way. This coastal holiday home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 9:

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3.Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Spanish Point El Martins Holiday Home
Great spacious house, very clean and very thoughtful basics available to us .. we loved it. We travelled so many directions from it.
It would have been nice if the holiday home had a usable patio area but otherwise perfect.

Location, restaurants & very central.
Gate entrance into driveway could be a bit wider as very difficult to drive in large cars. Could do with towel rail & shelf in shower in the shower room downstairs.

House is lovely & spacious. & in a fabulous location. Jade the manager was very helpful, efficient & obliging. Answered all my queries in a timely manner. Left out everything we asked for. Bathrooms & bedrooms were very clean.
Sitting room furniture needs to be updated. A few small items - Kitchen bin needs to be cleaned & spare bin bags provided. Spare tea towels & kitchen hand towels provided.

Accommodation
Lovely house, beautiful location, host very pleasant & helpful. Have stayed here a few times & love going back.
House could be updated, sitting room chairs & couches need to be replaced. Handles on some doors need to be fixed. Kitchen & Utility presses should be cleaned out of old items & washed thoroughly. Blinds don’t work so should be removed. Overall house could be updated.

El Martins Spanish Point
Super stay in Spanish Point. We were able to travel to plenty of destinations in Clare and even managed a trip to the Aran Islands.
Accommodation was spacious and clean.

Spacious. Well located. Suited our needs.
The bedrooms upstairs were warm and Cosy but the living room was cold as some of the radiators were not working. Nanda was very helpful as we arrived on an extremely cold night with a new-born baby. We would love to go back to this house if the heating was operating properly. The children enjoyed all the toys which were supplied as we had bad weather. We cooked each day at the house so the kitchen would benefit from some large serving dishes and extra cooking trays for the oven. We wondered how dry the garden would be in summer as it was completely flooded and unusable while we were there but the weather was very bad over the weekend. There was plenty of space to store all our bikes and kayaks. The location is perfect for outdoor activities. It is also very peaceful.
