MAC HOME Sorrento central and finely restored free Wi-Fi

House totally and finely renovated in 2017, located in the center of Sorrento (Via Luigi De Maio), a stone's throw from all services (station, bus, taxi, bars, restaurants, hospital, parking) and the sea. The house consists of three bedrooms (one of which with a bathroom) and a living room with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The whole house has an air conditioning system.
The location of Sorrento is strategic for visiting the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum which are less than 30 km away (also reachable by train), as well as being able to easily visit Positano, Capri, Ravello and Amalfi by land or by sea.
The Municipality of Sorrento, by resolution of the City Council No. 99 of 29/11/2011, has established the tourist tax in force from April 1 to October 31. The tax is applied per person per night on the nights of non-residents in the Municipality of Sorrento up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors are exempt from the tax up to the age of eighteen. This tax will be due by the guest upon arrival in the accommodation.

Very nice large apartment overlooking Piazza Tasso. Very clean with nice kitchen. Hosts were excellent - windows are very sound proof which was great considering the busy location. Walk to beach train and all restaurants and shopping.

This was our 4th trip to Sorrento with family and friends. By far this was the best place we've stayed - centrally located, quiet, responsive hosts for check in, etc., short walks to everything from coffee to restaurants to the train station.

The location was amazing! Right on the main piazza. You would think it would be noisy, THINK AGAIN. Windows very well insulated. Owner was great with communications and very responsive. Loved our trip!

We have been to Sorrento many times and use it for our home base and always book a year in advance if possible to stay as close as possible to hte center .. this was the second time we were able to overlook Piazza Tasso from our balconey .. minutes from the water and train/bus stations ... it doesn't get better then this 😁

Best location ever!

The apartment was great, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our son is studying abroad there and he scoped out the location ahead of time and said we chose the ideal location and he was absolutely right! We had a view of the café we visited almost every morning for a cappuccino and a pastry. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Great visit to Sorrento

Fabrizio was an excellent host! He helped us with our luggage and gave us an overview of the apartment. It is well furnished and has been recently updated. The location cannot be beat! It is located on the main town square accessible to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend his place!

Great balcony view

Perfect spot located in the town center. We just loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the night life come alive. All of our private tours picked us up and dropped us off at the Sorrento town center. The ferry to Capri was an easy 5 min walk.

Excellent apartment in the middle of Sorrento. We were within short walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Great Location!

My husband and I stayed with my daughter and her husband at the Mac Home for four nights and loved it! Very clean, and a great balcony to people watch. Window coverings did not block out as much light as we would've liked, but not a dealbreaker! We had a wonderful day!
