The apartment is located in a renovated historic tenement house on the corner of Nawrot and Kiliński.
The studio is decorated in a modern style combined with elegance. A big advantage is the sleeping area which is located on the mezzanine, where there is a large, marbled bed of white leather, whose headboard is studded with Swarovski crystals.


OUR LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. The Lessee is obliged to comply with the night-time silence in all the apartments of the company from 22:00 to 07:00. In the case of a complaint or police intervention, the company has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without the obligation to refund the amount due for the remaining reservation period.
2. Smoking is allowed provided that it is thoroughly ventilated after this apartment.
3. The Lessee bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices located in the apartment resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
4. The Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the company staff about any damage and deficiencies found in the apartment and to report damage caused by them during their stay.
5. The Lessee is obliged to adequately secure the apartment, close the entrance door and windows carefully each time he leaves, and carefully store the keys without access to unauthorized persons.
