The apartment:
The CAPRITX DE MAR apartment in Sitges is ideal for family or small group of friends. It is located on the ground floor with just a small flight of stairs to access it.

Entering the apartment our guests will find the main roomof the property with the living, the dining area and the open plan kitchen. The living and dining room features a comfortable sofa and a round wooden table with matching chairs. There is also a flat screen TV an armchair for relaxing and some other pieces of furniture.

Also the CAPRITX DE MAR apt has new fiber optic wifi of 300Mb totally free for all our guests.

The kitchen is fully equippedwith all the mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine.

From this room you can access the highlight of this property: a fantastic terrace over the sea. Very few apartments in Sitges can boast a terrace like this, on the sea, with fantastic views of the Aiguadolç port, Sitges and the immense Mediterranean Sea.

From this privileged spot, our guests will feel as if they are on a cruise, but without the risk of getting dizzy.

The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco eating. It also has a retractable awning to protect yourself from the hot summer sun.

At some times of the year, sunsets and sunrisesare often very special, as the sky is dyed in orange colors. A unique pleasure to enjoy it from the CAPRITX DE MAR apartment.

Back inside the property, our guests will find two double bedrooms, both with its own wardrobe space.

The main bedroom features a double bed (160x200cm) and the second one has bunk beds (90x190cm).

There is also a full bathroom with bathtub on this level.

There is an AC unitin the dining area, suitable to refresh all the property.

All guests staying at the CAPRITX DE MAR apartment in the Punta Gaviota complex can enjoy the beautiful communal pool and the convenient outdoor parking (no specific parking space assigned for each neighbor. It works on a first come first served basis). Please note that sunbeds and chairs around the pool are prohibited by the community rules. The pool shower may be out of service due to water restrictions imposed by the government due to the persistent drought in Catalonia.

All pools are available to swim from June to September, both included. If you plan to visit us outside this period of time and having access to a pool is a must for you, please, contact us before confirming your booking to double check that the pool of your choice is ready to be used. Some pools are closed during the cooler months for maintenance works.

Like many apartments in Sitges, the Punta Gaviota complex is not far from the railway, so you may hear the trains whilst from the property. However, the apartment is fully double glazed and equipped with blinds which cut out the noise at night.

Due to the distance from the CAPRITX DE MAR apartment to the center of Sitges, it is advisable that guests staying in this property have their own car.

This property has movement detection elements for surveillance. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The movement detectors are designed to enhance security without visual monitoring, ensuring privacy for guests during their stay. The movement detection system is always disabled during our guests' stay to ensure their privacy and comfort.

The surroundings:
The CAPRITX DE MAR apartment is located in Punta Gaviota, a Mediterranean style complex with a very special location, right on a cliff over the sea. A privileged spot from where to behold the sea, relax and hear the sound of the waves splashing over the rocks at your feet. You can´t sleep closer to the ocean than that without getting wet!!!

The family friendly La Marina beach is only 4 minutes walk along a beautiful path lined with trees. Just a few steps further our guests will find the Aiguadolç Port with its stylish marina and a large variety of bars and restaurants serving all kind of food, but most of them specialized in paellas and seafood.

The lively center of Sitges is around 15-20 minutes' walk from the CAPRITX DE MAR apartment.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
