The three-room apartment is located in the countryside near (2 km) the town of Monteroni di Lecce and 7 km from the city of Lecce; it is within a garden shared with the owners' villa (2 gentlemen of about 50 very friendly years) is composed from a kitchen on the ground floor with fireplace and from a bedroom with two beds, there is a staircase that leads to the very cool basement (but still with air conditioning) with a single bed, a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a large closet,
the pool is very large and the garden with a well-kept aviary, the owners' dogs are medium and friendly, the pool is used almost exclusively by guests, it is possible to make barbecues, and have lunch or dinner outdoors, just 20 km away are the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento (Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo), the city of Lecce with its nightlife is 7 km away, the town center (Monteroni) only 2 km away. A relaxed vacation stay

We stayed with a family of 5 in the house with a beautiful pool and nice terrace. The family hosts have been so kind for us and offered all hospitality. Anything we needed we just asked for. The location is a bit remote though so count on doing everything by car. The area has beautiful beaches at 20-30 km away and other nice places to visit. Our only recommendation would be on the comfort of the house, only the cellar room has AC and beds weren’t very comfortable so an upgrade would be desirable. Thanks Giordano family for your kindness!

Un posto magnifico

La proprietà è posizionata nella tranquilla campagna salentina a pochi minuti da Lecce e a poche centinaia di metri da Monteroni. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, comodo ed accogliente. Il pezzo forte, però, è l'esterno. Un giardino curatissimo e godibile, con un bellissimo barbecue a disposizione. La piscina, sempre pulita e sanificata, è stata sempre a nostra disposizione anche di sera, veramente un extra graditissimo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono i due ospiti, Placido e Assunta, due persone meravigliose, sempre disponibili e gentilissime e, in qualsiasi momento, disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Il ciambellone di Assunta, poi, è da primato .... grazie mille per aver reso speciali anche tutte le nostre colazioni. Sonia e Gerardo
