Appartement traditionnel à deux lits à seulement 1 minute du Royal Mile et du château d'Édimbourg.

Situé sur la belle rue Victoria, a. k.a. Le Diagon Alley de JK Rowling à Harry Potter, au coeur de la vieille ville d'Edimbourg, à côté du célèbre Grassmarket avec de nombreux bars, boutiques et restaurants à portée de main!

Un lieu plein de couleurs et de caractère qui incarne la magie de la vieille ville d’Édimbourg!

Appartement traditionnel dans la plus jolie rue d'Edimbourg. Deux chambres de bonnes dimensions, une cuisine bien équipée et un salon spacieux avec TV HD (y compris BT Sport), connexion WiFi solide et système audio Sonos

Cafés, bars, restaurants et pubs sont tout autour de vous dans cette zone (Grassmarket). Il y a beaucoup de magasins indépendants dans la région, et c'est seulement cinq minutes à pied de Princes Street avec toutes les boutiques de la rue. Le Royal Mile est à une minute à pied, vous êtes donc au coeur de la vieille ville

Vous pouvez aller à pied à toutes les attractions les plus célèbres d'Edimbourg, mais si vous souhaitez prendre le bus, nous vous recommandons l'application Lothian Buses "EdinBus" (ou demandez-nous simplement!)

Great central location! Walking distance to everything. A bit noisy into night and early morning but expected that based on reviews, especially on a weekend.

We loved the room. The views were amazing and the location was good. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and the partying in the night on Friday and Saturday night were unbearable. There was a rave at one of the bars and we had cars honking and people being rowdy from 11:00 pm-5:00 am including cars racing, motorcycles zipping up and down. We did not get to sleep much which was rough after traveling 17 hours to get there.

Nice and very central

The apartment is very central. 17 minutes walk to the train or bus. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is clean. We would come back.

Overall, this was a pretty good stay. Check-in was frustrating. Not only do you have to pick up the key at a separate nearby location, but when I got there the guy at the desk told me that I actually had to walk to another location a couple blocks further away! The apartment is super basic. Bathroom set-up is awkward, especially because the door on the shower room has an etched window that provides little privacy. But the location is AWESOME! Which kind of outweighs the negatives. If you don’t mind lots of noise, being right in the middle of all the action (especially in August) is a really wonderful experience.

Great unit but way to noisy

The management company was amazing to work with. The unit itself had a few minor issues: toilet is very hard to flush (if there is method to this instructions should be provided) and there are only 2 plates to eat.The location is in the heart of old Edinburgh which is incredibly convenient. A short walk to all major attractions and lots of restaurants and bars but that also means it is very VERY loud until 10:30pm during weekdays and on Friday it was extremely loud until 1:30am so be aware. Obviously, if you are young and childless and this is what you are looking to do this is the place for you! We had 3 kids with us and we rolled the dice on the unit despite others warning about how loud it was. We stayed 3 nights so it was fine but longer this would have been tough

Cool location and property but with some disappointment

I was travelling with my husband, son (4) and mother in law. The location was great but probably better suited to younger travellers or those that sleep well as it can be very noisy at night time. The apartment was spacious and easily accessed with a wide stair case and located on the first floor. There were a series of issues or disappointments though: 1. Check in location - the check in process notes via the link gave the incorrect location for key pick up so we went to the wrong hostel 2. Street parking - although saying there is street parking, there isn’t. Well not on the street the apartment is on. Recommend rebooking a parking spot in a complex nearby. 3. Lamps all had euro plugs and required an adaptor to be able to use them. No adaptors were provided. 4. No plug provided so were unable to use the bath for my son. 5. General cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing - floor was dirty and socks were black in no time 6. Repairs needed - the fan in the bathroom was broken (and dirty), BT Tv doesn’t work 7. Ill-equipped - one wine glass, no dish towels, no spare towels provided 8. Checkout process - different instructions given via email to that provided via the link Joivy gave us which caused great confusion It’s a nice apartment but for all the issues, it’s overpriced and on reflection, not suited for us. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are travelling without a vehicle given the complex check in and check out process and different locations.

Eccellente: struttura e posizione top!

Posizione strategica al centro di Edimburgo. La casa affaccia proprio su Victoria Street, una delle vie più caratteristiche della città e per noi fan di Harry Potter è stato come vivere nell'universo di J. K. Rowling.La casa è fantastica con due stanze e un soggiorno con divano letto, ha tutto per essere la casa ideale per alloggiare ad Edimburgo. Consigliata per chi vuole viversi la città a piedi e avere tutto alla portata: Royal Mile, Assembly Hall, Castello di Edimburgo, Cattedrale di St. Giles etc.

Great flat in a vibrant area

Historic and colorful vibrant old town. comfortable flat. only 2 small things to know 1) having to go fetch a key 15 minutes away when traveling without a car and with luggage is very difficult so plan on a two bus trip or use the management companies car service - they will stop for the keys they know the spot 2) this vibrant area has an active nightlife so on weekends you will enjoy people noise - however if you had a busy day you wont notice as you drop off to sleep. there are stairs to this flat - but everything i. esiburough has hills or stairs so not surprising. beatiful historic area great shops comfortable flat enjoy !
